I would love to be 'dire' like this at RM: 16 trophies, including 3 La Liga trophies, 5 CL's (including massive goals in some), 3 UEFA Super Cups, and 3 World Club championships and a great run (other than massive injures in 2016/17) of 6 seasons personally his ending was shit due to injuries, etc, but overall, he was nothing of a bust like Eden

surely not both that would be insane if we basically already have KK in the bag

I guess not I thought you were referring to your post that I replying to first

Real have already said they are coming for Reece. Blatantly open about it, as is their want. Been saying for ages this is my worst nightmare. Unless we somehow stole Hakimi from PSG, losing Reece means would mean a jaw dropping drop-off at RB/RWB. It is by far the weakest position in the planet atm.

Well, it was not that bad! Lol. I have seen thousands worse lol.

I have always said my first choice for WC veteran CB was Marquinhos (pipe dream), then Škriniar, then (after I flung myself off the Bastoni train) De Ligt, then KK (whose price was low enough to buy Škiniar as well if we were not going to buy any of Osimhen or Bellingham or Rice now (all are next summer options is how I looked at it) Youth: Gvardiol and Schotterbeck Bremer was in the mix as well, but I just got tired of defending him, and I went back and watched some more in game Vida (not highlights) and can admit he is not exactly Beckenbauer on the ball. Demiral, well ZERO links. In terms of this window: Gvardiol is for next summer, RB will not sell now unless we tossed £80m, £90m, even maybe £100m, at them, which is madness (we should do a precontract in January) Sooooooooooo..... IF (as is very likely) Škriniar goes to PSG (I think we are fools to not jump on him), and De Ligt goes to the Bavarian cowpig farmers, that leaves KK as only WC target left who is actually available.

Yes, Kimpembe over Áke all day, BUT, I think the club is convinced Áke is also our new backup LB.

In pounds it is around £33.7m and £162K PW The salary is fine, but I would have thought it would be £25.3m to £29.5m trans fee (30m to 35m euros) plus 3 years max on the contract, with a possible club-triggered-only option for a 4th. He has 3 good seasons left I wager, anything beyond that is dicey, hardly anyone is a Thiago

I am not sure what we offered I have seen so many claims
-
with a Pool undershirt! his 3 main teams, roflmaoooooooooooo
-
wtf that only £49m + a possible £8.5m in add-ons (reasonablem I would pay it) ffs I knew those crazy £72m plus quotes were bollocks

wingers simply do not age well in the top 50 most valuable wingers on T-Markt there is ONE over 30 not named Pessi (and Pessi fell off the cliff after 33yo) the recently turned 31yo (4 months ago) Riyad Mahrez if this was the summer of 2021 he would be the only one even 30yo (except for Pessi) but, of course we now have the recently turned 30yo's Salah Neymar Son Mane and all are rapidly dropping in value
-
yes, that was when I started to get nervous 😧
-
if he was 5 years or so younger, yes, perhaps, but we would only get 1 full sub 30yo season out of him, and he will not at all come cheap he has the potential to be a star at the WC though he shit away too much of his prime career in Mexico
-
no, he was often a force at times on those teams in terms of being a MF destroyer (long legs, he was really good at picking the ball off people) and then a burst to start a counter I watched a tonne of games those teams and my father watched a lot in person (I caught a couple whilst visiting him) at Stade Louis II (he was a Monaco season ticket holder for years, as he worked a lot out of Monaco part time back then, for his friend's M&A consultancy and had (well still has, but he lets it out now atm) a flat in La Condamine. Bakayoko is still my chief cock-up in terms of predictive outcome with us, have not been so wrong about a player before or since that I can recall. He was far from shit though with Monaco, especially that 2016–17 season when they had that deep run in the CL and won Ligue 1. Obviously I would rather have had Mbappe or Bernardo or Fabinho (even though he is a dirty cunt) off that side but was pretty happy we signed Baka he just couldn't handle the pressure of the EPL, his confidence went to pot, and he never recovered 2016–17 AS Monaco FC

assholes! Unvaxxed Premier League players being snubbed in transfer window Exclusive: According to a source, 'phone calls stop immediately' when interested clubs learn that a potential new signing is not vaccinated https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2022/07/09/unvaxed-premier-league-players-snubbed-transfer-window/ Top clubs across Europe are reluctant to sign players from the Premier League who have refused the Covid vaccines, as the game braces itself for another potential spike in infection, The Sunday Telegraph understands. Two of Chelsea’s first team players, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and N’Golo Kante, have both been left out of the club’s pre-season tour to the United States this week, as a consequence, the club said, of “their Covid vaccination status”. The US government’s current rules declare that a Covid vaccination is mandatory for all visitors who are not US nationals. Anecdotally, the evidence in Europe this summer has been that clubs are not prepared to pursue an interest in any player who has not been vaccinated. In domestic leagues in Italy and France vaccination was made compulsory for players after the rise in infections over the winter although some leeway has been given. Especially in the case of those who were already playing there at the time and had declined the vaccine.

not disgreeing BUT at least use the pounds sterling prices, not the euros prices this is becoming an epidemic here and vastly inflates their actual cost no one is dumping 90m quid on De Ligt that is 107m euros or around 17m to 27m euros more than he will end up going for

ffs and ON A FREE
