yes, meaning we are likely FUCKED if Reece leaves and Livramento (as we have a buyback) doesn't push on and get a lot better look at the global RB's after the Big 4 (TAA, Reece, Hakimi, and Cancelo) horrific

Poundland?, that dreg-o-matic is Penceland 🤣

this is true I fear we have 4 targets we simply must grab now or (more likely) January or summer 2023 Bellingham Rice Gvardiol Osimhen now IF Reece leaves (highly doubtful) to Real, there would be a 5th, Hakimi Nkunku would be nice, but so hard to pull IF we us the real deal and not a one year wonder, plus, there is Florian Wirtz next summer to ponder as well (he will be fully heathy by then) PLUS a fully fit Chiesa in the mix as well finally, I still want Theo Hernández and Nicolò Barella those 10 in bold are the only players out there who TRULY interest me atm and are even remotely available (this assumes we miss out on Milan Škriniar this window, as he is the only CB left not named Gvardiol I actually want)

Chelsea make their opening bid for PSG star Presnel Kimpembe https://astamfordbridgetoofar.com/2022/07/Chelsea-have-made-their-first-bid-for-psg-ace-presnel-kimpembe/ Chelsea have made their first bid for PSG ace Presnel Kimpembe Chelsea have made an offer of £42m to Paris Saint Germain for French defender Presnel Kimpembe. To fill the void left by departures, Todd Boehly’s Blues, who recently acquired Kalidou Koulibaly, are searching for another centre-back. This will help them make up for the loss of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen. Koulibaly just arrived from Napoli, and Thomas Tuchel’s team also spent a further £50 million on Raheem Sterling from Manchester City. Despite their spending spree, The 2020–21 Champions League champions don’t seem to be finished just yet. Kimpembe, who has spent his whole professional career at Paris-Saint Germain, has also emerged as a prominent contender to join the Premier League’s powerhouses. It is now believed that Chelsea have made a genuine move in the pursuit of a French defender by registering their first official bid of £42m for the 26-year-old. At the centre of PSG’s backline, Kimpembe put up a number of strong defensive performances throughout the most recent season in Paris. In 41 appearances for the Parisian giants last season across all competitions, the France international notched two goals and one assist. It’s commendable that the 26-year-old is a commanding presence at the back. Kimpembe has the timing to make a few good interceptions at the back with his tackles. When necessary, he doesn’t mind putting his foot through the ball because he typically reacts quickly to danger. The talented French player can pass the ball efficiently and is at ease playing his way outside of his own half. He primarily plays as a central defender, but if his manager needs it, he can also play left-back. This summer, Chelsea’s backline will benefit from having someone with Kimpembe’s skill set. He will defend Thomas Tuchel with a lot of bite and grit, as we may anticipate. Kimpembe and Koulibaly might go on to become an outstanding defensive pairing at Stamford Bridge next season. The West London team may expect to get the most out of the French defensive ace, who is 26 and just entering his peak if they can find a way to get him to England during this off-season.

Chelsea Identify This Bundesliga Defender As A Target: Should Tuchel Get Him On Board? In a recent print edition, Sport mentioned that Chelsea have identified Red Bull Leipzig defender as a target this summer. It has been mentioned that the Blues are eyeing the Croatia defensive ace as a replacement for Cesar Azpilicueta during this summer transfer window. Gvardiol’s Impressive Form At The Red Bull Arena Last Season Gvardiol experienced an impressive season with Leipzig last season when he put in several dominant displays for them on the defensive end of the pitch. The 20-year-old registered two goals and three assists in 45 matches for the German outfit in the previous campaign across all fronts. The Zagreb-born talent was a rock at the back as he averaged 1.6 tackles, 1.8 interceptions, 1.9 clearances and 1.3 dribbles per 90 minutes in the Bundesliga. He even took care of the ball well when distributing possession from inside his half after making 84% of his attempted passes in top-flight football (stats via whoscored). Should Chelsea Boss Thomas Tuchel Get Gvardiol On Board This Summer? Gvardiol is a solid tackler of the ball and can make some timely interceptions for his team on the defensive third of the field. He doesn’t mind putting his foot through the ball when needed and is even proficient at playing his way out from the back. Standing at 1.85m, the Croatia international can be a strong presence in the air as well. Hence, he will be a good fit for Thomas Tuchel’s brand of football at Stamford Bridge. We can expect Gvardiol to add more bite and steel to Chelsea‘s backline. He could even serve as a perfect replacement for Cesar Azpilicueta at the West London club due to his versatility to play in multiple positions across the backline. At 20, the future is quite bright for the Croatia centre-back as long as he continues to improve himself with each season. Tuchel has got enough experience to oversee Gvardiol’s development and turn him into a future star in the English capital. With all things considered, the Blues would be wise to get the Leipzig whizkid on board before the end of this transfer window.

Isak has regressed unfortunately and yes, Osimhen would be a massively hard pull (Broja would 100% HAVE to be involved as makeweight at CF for them) and now extraordinarily expensive, but here we are. And yes, we fucked up 2 summers ago (and again last summer) by not buying Osimhen and instead shit-squirting £180m (counting salary, etc) out of our blue arses on the lumbering lorry that is donkey Lu-kaka Italian journalist Alfredo Pedullà reports that Atalanta have now lowered the requested fee from the initial €18 million down to €15 million. £12.7m he just turned 31yo a several months back
-
option to buy unless some metrics (that were not met) triggered an obligation to buy
-
the only remotely available (and it will be a motherfucker negotiating with the poison dwarf) and acceptable one left is Osimhen unless we are going to dice roll with Danjuma (who also can play winger and SS) all the rest are off the board or not viable or just big gambles: the 4 in italics are the best of the gambles Harry Kane never going to happen, do not even know why I list him (quality and the fact he was wantaway for 2 years, I guess is why, but he is no longer wanting to leave at all) Lautaro Martínez never going to happen this summer (he is viable in terms of quality though) Jonathan David (not sold on him, and he is more of an SS atm anyway) Amine Gouiri gamble Patrik Schick gamble Gianluca Scamacca wild gamble Evanilson wild gamble Noah Okafor wild gamble Youssoufa Moukoko wild WILD gamble and is too young for the summer window, would have to be in January, after he turns 18 (thanks Brexit)

YES!!! Broja + £60-70m for Rice hell, toss in Donkeybakayoko for free (as long as they pay his salary) if they do not like that, those pikey cunts can suck a big blue cock

Lukaku was forced upon Tuchel by Marina and others in the board, that has now been definitively proven, yet people still try and blame Tuchel and worship at the altar of Saint Marina. She was the one calling the shots, making so many disastrous decisions, no matter what her fanbois and fangirls claim. She and Cech wanted to keep that donkey here for this season and Tuchel put his foot down and said NO, нет! Roman gave her singular veto and 'do it now!' power. We won many of those trophies despite her in some cases, not because of her, and now the bill is truly coming due (to be honest it has been for long time, but trophies papered it over). It is the one area of large departure I choose from many on the TC board. Matt Law confirms Marina was in fact in charge of transfers at Chelsea: "She ran the club. She decided on contracts. She decided on transfers. Every football aspect needed her sign-off."

Thiago is likely only here one season more and we just spent around £100m for a benchwarmer
-
Even at 37, Thiago is, atm, a vastly superior CB to Kounde in our 3 at the back system, it is not even close. Kounde is often rash and caught out of position, ball watching.
-
almost no chance Thiago is not a starter the majority of games

In this case people's shit choices DO negatively affect others, millions of others. It is not a victimless choice at all. All one needs to do is look at the COVID stew known as the USA to see that. The antivaxxer laden areas (almost always now Red aka Republican run states and areas) are COVID cesspools once again. like we say in Bim (Barbados) hard ears yuh won't hear, own way yuh gine feel

anecdotal Gish gallop that is a muddying of the water attempt, understates the importance of mitigation of severe disease and/or death, and ignores my refutation of false statement you made above (in re your false denial of transmissibility being impacted by vaccination, which of course, it is) , and furthermore you then proceed to double down with the claptrap that has already done so much unnecessary damage but hey, FREEDUMB! btw, it is just the height of hypocrisy that how so many (not saying you are, I have no clue where you stand on forced birthing) who rant on about choice!! when it comes to vaccines then turn around and demand that the choices about basic reproductive rights and body autonomy be stripped from us women, even if it means a 10yo would be forced to give birth to a product of a rape

agreed and Busquets is rinsed, more or less he was a bit better last year (Indian summer season, aka false 2nd dawn IMHO) but the 2 seasons before he was poor
