He can fuck off right now if he plans on more similar pathetic interviews. Talk about ruining your transfer with a few quotes..

Did Brana pick a knock?

Looks very nice, some of the new features will make my life easier. The forum looks cleaner but I think the colour balance was better in the previous skin. If you accept bug reports, the countdown bar loses its place after a certain level of zooming.

Over 80 points in the league, if that translates into 3rd or 4th so be it. Anything >85 would qualify as a success. Semis in either the FA Cup or the League Cup. Going out on penalties is acceptable Champions League quarter finals, Semis would be a nice bonus. Perform acceptably against the team that knocks us out, dominate the teams that we knock out. Can't say I'm staggered by any of our current players and since picking a defender would be too easy I'll have to go with Drogba.

Welcome aboard. So...is he Muslim?

Forgot to mention after watching the U20 game that France's kit looks even better than in photos (including this) in matches and in stores. Probably as good as a football kit gets.

SeB, ulsterChelsea and laura90 are the "new" members that have recently caught my eye. Terminator X, zolayes and killamanjaro of the reputable posters for the past month.

Doesn't sound like one to kick Mikel out of the team.. How are those connected? I mean except from them being professional football players.
-
The Barcelona site descibes him as a rough-tackling midfielder whose main attributes are stamina and power, must admit that's not what I expected when we signed a Barcelona midfielder. Still our squad is terribly short of midfielders and as long as he plays more frequently than eg Sturridge at that age he will definitely benefit us. Welcome to Chelsea Oriol Romeu.

I've read that Liverpool are going to pay part of Jovanovic's wages at Anderlecht, if that deal was ever going to affect Lukaku's future it now seems unlikely.
-
Looks a bit better than I expected. Now, having seen all of them worn I can confidently say this is our worst set of kits in the last 10 years.

Around 12 months ago people were saying that he was the best "super-sub" in England over the likes of Chicharito. While I'm not one to get on the Mexican's bandwagon it doesn't get any simpler than what BLionheart said, he wouldn't get into most teams in the league as they wouldn't pay him what he gets here to be their first striker. And no, I'm not going to get into arguing stats about whether managers liked him or not or about his "tremendous" appearances/goals ratio. A decent memory or a simple search and could convince anyone having doubts. Complimenting his effort and saying "he's not world class/the fastest/the best but..." is as good as an argument about such a player is going to get.
-
Must have missed that, when was it? My issues are mostly with his ability rather than his attitude. His attidute was frequently used in his defence so seeing TX turning that against him is quite funny.
-
Seriously you might as well link to one of TC's thread if you gotta post crap like that.
-
Will this replace the "he doesn't complain" argument?
-
Someone who tries way to hard to go against the common sense opinion?
-
His career is on a freefall. Few could achieve going from the champions of England to their irrelevant neighbors and relegation candidates in 14 months.
-
A meeting about transfers? We still do those?
-
I just can't agree with that. They may have improved over what was the simply worst ManUtd side in over 10 years.

Kakuta gets a start for France in their game against South Korea. FIFA stream Veetle link HT Edit: Arsenal's Sunu opened the score from a corner. Korea have been able to only through very few counter attacks and set pieces. France's build-up is very patient and slow, I've grown to believe that the style, speed and precision of Kakuta's paces would suit a team with an aggressive/fast build-up . Kakuta has been given a licence to roam, a freedom he'll rarely enjoy at Chelsea. He's been more involved that you'd expect him to and as creative as he could get (let down by his forwards) but his decision making has been his weak point. Also some of his finishes have been embarrassing, for example early in the first half he made a beatiful 180degre turn (a bit like the one on his debut in 09/10) that granted him ample time to aim, think, get ready, dribble into the area or put in a cross, what he did was the worst cross I've seen in quite some time.

I don't really get the "Malouda's not a winger anymore" talk, he ain't Anelka ffs. It was crystal-fucking-clear last year that all our wingers had instructions from Ancelotti to tuck in, even Zhirkov did but it wasn't noted because Malouda played like three times the games Zhirkov did. Heck Sturridge and Kakuta aren't wingers but people would rather them than our two only natural wingers.
-
Due to his numerous long injuries our squad won't miss him that much but he was a good option to have, even if only on a hypothetical level. Then again that would leave us with just one pure winger and a bunch of strikers-turned-wingers but 13m is more than most players with 16 PL starts over two seasons would get.

There was a buy-out clause for Jones?
-
That is the most important thing for the majority. At this point I'm already sick of Lukaku, let him stay at Anderlecht for a season and then join City's armanda.
-
It would be quite bold of them to pick ManCity to win it, not absurd but interesting about their status.
