  1. An ugly win is a win but it looked like even Ancelotti wasn't satisfied. Our midfield support was non-existent and I'm not sure if we can blame Ramires' inexperience. Our defense had a lot of work to do but stood up to the challenge every single time, they created few genuine chances and we conceded a goal only when JT got subbed. I can't believe they got away with just 2 yellow cards, they were playing out of their skins and tried to bully most of our players.Parker was a tool as usual. Our front 3 didn't really have a good game,Drogba had many glimpses of brilliance but he rarely did what he does best. Kakuta didn't get enough minutes to impress but he wasn't bad.
  2. 3 points and thrashing a bunch of tools, can't complain.
  3. Is there a single argument against him now?
  4. Hhahahhaahahha What's there to say about this goal?!
  5. Decent flash based stream http://atdhe.net/23801/watch-west-ham-vs-chelsea
  6. This one is great sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/98700 if you have SopCast
  7. Feck,try this one http://www.tvoo.eu/ch4.html
  8. Here's a Veetle link http://www.tvoo.eu/ch4.html
  9. Slightly surprised with the line-up.It looks like we're resting some players for Europe. We should be able to handle West Ham. I'd like to see how Kalou and Ivanovic perform today.I'm confident Ramires will have no problem in the midfield.
  10. Ditto,as much as I want the club to treat all injured players and look after them we can not afford ourselves our own Owen Hargreaves. I've done some research and it looks like Bosingwa is on 80,000 pounds per week while Ivanovic is on a 100,000 pounds per week contrac,at lest those were the reports when we signed them.
  11. I wouldn't be worried about Ivanovic's contract as he's definitely one the club will fight to keep.Kakuta may have not signed a new contract yet but if there's any sense in the people at the club then we'll read about him signing a 4/5year extension in the coming months. Bosingwa is a tricky case as we don't know if he's the same player after that injury,he may be classed as damaged goods and leave us in the summer. He was a Scolari signing and at the moment Ancelotti may consider him being 2nd fiddle. I don't have any info on how much he earns but he would be mad to demand a raise Hilario's contract also runs out.I'm 100% sure that we will not extend it.
  12. I'm torn between the David Villa,Ozil and Balotelli deals. Can't really pick one. Money-wise Mascherano's and Ozil's transfers stand out.
  13. Good to hear Ancelotti saying that Kakuta will get game-time,now I'm more interested seeing him actually doing that.
  14. I've read that this award is a jinx many times but does anyone have actual stats to back that claim? Oh and we've known that the ginger pig would win it since July so there's no use whining about it.
  15. Anyone who looks up to footballers for Role Models should get his head checked. That said like in every job you can find incredible people like Gianfranco and a**holes like Craig Bellamy.
  16. Juni from TheChels.net reports that Kakuta may get a new five-year deal. Link Now, this information should be taken with a pinch of salt, for it's not been corroborated by other sources, and le10sport could just as easily be a dubious one. However, it wouldn't be something that they would report without some foundation, as there would be little to gain by doing so. These reports emerged some four months ago, so naturally there may be questions as to why nothing has been signed yet, but it's important to remember that Gael was away on international duty in July and August after a brief holiday, and then a hectic spell of pre-season with Chelsea where he picked up an injury. Couple all of that with the typically laborious nature of negotiations and things are prone to dragging. It should also be noted though, that Jeffrey Bruma's new deal was announced last week but had actually been agreed some time ago in mid June, so just because it's not been announced doesn't mean there are problems. In short – there's no need to panic. The club are apparently trying to tie down one of their hottest prospects, and that's something we can all get on board with.
  17. It's clearly short-term popularity since Farcelona have almost twice United's and Real Madrid's fans. Still nice to see our club being up there, who would have thought in 97 that we would be ranked higher than AC Milan?
  18. Cheers Good to know that my memory is not totally distorted.
  19. Wasn't Maka supposed to retire in June?
  20. Nothing new,I'm still waiting for the day JT and Lamps retire from that laughing stock.
