another bloody petition...ridiculous
-
Well lets have a look at a couple of things here. Why has he come out now with this?...i.e. straight after the match in the reporters zone. Either being badly advised or him just being a bit selfish. The talk today should be all positive and about our current run of form and good performance yesterday including giving fringe players a run out....not this negative frenzy that this has turned into. Has his agent already had wind of a reduced wages and playing time offer and rejected it before it goes to JT..so no official contract on the the table as yet? The club say there is still room and time for talks to sort out future plans for him. Has he had an offer from China? There was huge interest in him when he took on that ambassadorial role over there not so long back. Find it hilarious when posters talk about club/player loyalty ....... Chelsea FC have stood by JT through all his troubles onand off pitch whether proven or not and if he had been at certain other clubs, could well have found himself sacked. Of course we all want him to stay, but he himself sees himself playing for another 2 seasons. Going to USA or China where he could finish off his coaching badges and be able to have the chance to put it into practice over there might be great news for us in the future when he could come back in some sort of coaching capacity. hashtag biggerpicture

Good to hear the youngsters RLC and Traore having songs sung by the following
-
JT has jumped the gun a bit here. Normally his contract would be sorted by the end of January but with managerial changes afoot and him being 36 next season, then would have to be discussions on his future playing role under new management. I know he wants to know now so he can sort out family life etc but I think he is just trying to force the clubs hand by going public.

slow drive back after the game. Good support from the 7k official plus the loads of unofficial dotted about. Easy game with no real worries...stepped it up when we had to. Baba was a bit all over the place...had some good moments going forward ( when he managed to control the ball ) but positionally was caught out a few times. Felt we could of scored a hatful more and should have definately had another pen.....it was a worse foul than the ond we got. Think the ref felt sorry for them...hence only 1 min of added time.
-
R.I.P. Tony Broadbent A lot of regular matchgoing fans will have a thought for you and Kyle at MK Dons.
-
we dont have the most passive fans on earth. The CPO stand for whats rightfully belonging to the fans. Past matches....v Man City and very recently v Sunderland show that there is a voice
-
I don't mind supporters making a stand...in the CPO we have one of the strongest groups in English football and the envy of many a club......but if a statement needs to be made, then lets make sure the facts are 100% correct and not based on what someone thinks. I am not keen on Emanalo either and the way he speaks but there are accusations on that petition that just have not been proven. Get it right.....then there would be a more united support
-
Not too keen on the fella but this is ridiculous and the sort of thing that gooners and scousers do. It would help if the statement was factually 100 % correct. But....really!!!!!!! Is our fanbase really going this way....poor effort
-
he hasnt actually said he wants to join one club over another. Also, although if possible he would move this window he also said that its possible he has to wait until summer

I didnt think their coverage was very good. Made out that it was all Arsenal 2nd half , yet we were reasonably comfortable and had the better chances
-
not forgetting that we were applauding Petr Cech. And those Islington oiks always bang on about class...yeah right ho !
-
He's done it again....Diego Costa....he's done it again. Lubricate the vocal chords for next Sunday...but would be tempted to leave Costa out ready for Watford on the Wednesday
-
we are going to have big support there. The 6700 allocation for ST's and members sold out in 45 minutes. But MK Dons home tickets go on general sale on Monday. Quite a few Chelsea have already managed to get 'home' tickets and I reckon a load more will get some from next week. We could easily have 10-12k in there
-
Why can't we have boxing now ? There is no lack of space. Back in the sixties we used to have wrestling in Athens football ground. The house across the road belonged to a retired admiral and we used to go there and watch from the balcony. It was Arion versus the monster. My mom said she thought Arion was a Greek-Egyptian a third cousin of ours. We can have other sports now but my point is that a big new shiny stadium with extra capacity is more appealing
-
Now I'm just confused. Off googling I go. stamford bridge is getting flattened and the new infrastructure will be built on top
-
Damn, I should get more clue on this subject [emoji4] Thought they were building a brand new one. they are building a complete new stadium
-
financially it makes sense. The extra revenue on the increased amount of corporate will be massive. On top of extra corporate, extra supporters through the gates are not just about match ticket sales. There will be extra revenue gained in the club shop, food and drink stalls plus potential revenue from other sports such as boxing, American Football etc etc wanting to hire an iconic stadium
-
it rebuilds itself and morphs into the images above
-
on the point about oil......Abramovich got rid of most of his oil assets quite some time back when the price was high.
-
If they stand by that, it's just pure laziness on their part. There's shared stadiums/arenas around the world in many different sports. Chelsea home, Spurs away. Spurs home, Chelsea away. Simple there are other factors involved such as local community, policing, transport such as tube and bus timetables rescheduling, car parking, noise pollution etc etc to take into consideration
-
[quotpost=1198788" timestamp="1453228529" name="We Hate Scouse] The FA have already said that they won't facilitate 2 teams in 1 stadium as it would ruin the fixtures. Won't happen. they are already backtracking on that with the amount of money being offered to play in that eyesore and Spurs matching Chelsea at 15m a year
-
why not? the place is a shoitehole and the stadium is crap. Hope Chelsea FC let ST holders freeze their seats until new Stamford Bridge is built because I ain't going to that dump every other week. Will be completely devoid of atmosphere as well in that souless concrete bowl. Just pull out of the deal and let Spurs have it now we have forced them to pay extra. Shame Twickers couldnt have been used.....but perhaps we should downscale a bit and share with Fulham
-
wow..... uninspiring first half by both sides. 2nd half we didnt deserve to be 2 down but then we performed like world beaters for 30 minutes. To all those who were leaving the ground early at 2-2 and then 2-3......shame on you. Mind you, I wouldnt mind betting some others online were shutting down their streams as well ;-)
