  1. Id take that with a pinch of salt. There is no way we can be sat in the position we are in, and not freshening up. Especially after Guus himself said Bamford needs to prove himself before getting any chance. Falcao cant stay fit, Remy isnt reliable with fitness. Id eat my hat if we didnt get an attacker in Ok..so you reckon we are buying a 4th striker. Can you please post a picture of the hat......just incase ;-)

  4. Hiddink in presser saying no striker coming in and they will have to make do ( if Falcao stays injured) with the other 2 . Perhaps there will be a chance for Bamford or A.n.other if we are short
  5. Last line is important as some clubs i.e. City have staff wages done seperately. Also bonus was allegedly included
  6. Atletico and more specifically Real will get the chance to stockpile on signings this transfer window and the next. We know how it works....the appeals go in which means they can sign players, the hearing is heard later in the year and they get the same ban or a 1 transfer window ban and fine....but meantime that gives them time to buy in who they want
  7. If Real want Hazard, they will sign him in the summer
  8. So, there is no issue with the club killing the atmosphere at games with bans on standing and loud singing because 'sing songs' have absolutely no influence on the performance of the team?! Of course, it has an effect. If that is the case, then the criticism does not apply because what I was criticizing did not actually happen. mybad as well because I was initially thinking about the other chant which was sung
  9. Yup....ban singing so the poor little pampered dears can concentrate on the game and we dont wake those up in the corporate who have stuffed theemselves on prawn sandwiches and pimms But it seems some of more delicate fans who cannot get to game seem more worried and affected by what is sung
  10. Yeah so it was aimed at the players and to a lesser degree the new manager. Perfectly reasonable opinion to have, btw, just that when we have 6-7 minutes to score a goal we desperately need, not particularly helpful for the motivation and morale of the team. Especially when the chanting starts when we concede whilst everyone was singing the players' names a couple of minutes before. Yes, but I was asking specifically about timing when the chants start. To be clear, I'm talking about the 'Jose Mourinho, Jose Mourinho' chants that started after we conceded and could be heard for a full minute or two before it was drowned out by the WBA fans chanting 'Champions of England, you're having a laugh' not the chants about referees. So why do you, as stadium going fan, think THAT particular chant was started in that particular timing? The Jose Mourinho Jose Mourinho chants were sung by WBA taking the mick...not by Chelsea
  11. I hope Stones and Lukaku play awfully and we nab a win. 1-0
  12. The only one that Chelsea sang was the 'Mourinho's right' one. Some wallies on here are thinking that after WBA scored and the Jose Mourinho chant could be heard on TV....that it was Chelsea supporters singing it
  13. We sing for legends, and while Mourinho is a legend, the wound of what's happened is still fresh. They aren't singing to pay homage like an Ossie or Lampard song. They are making the statement that they still side with Mourinho over the players. Regardless of your position on the matter, a match is neither the time nor the place to make that stand known when he's no longer a member of this club and things need to be done to get this team back on track. singing 'mourinho right thr ref is shoite' which was the main mourinho chant is hardly paying homage though is it. We are not making a statement that we side with him over the players at all if his name is sung with his normal chant
  14. Costa was our best player tonight....got fouled numurous times but got booked for the fould he committed which wasnt even that bad. Myhill was a right knob as well
  15. Alright, I'll take your word for it, but tell me, what was the aim of chanting 'Jose Mourinho' when the team needed a goal desperately, and why start the chant when we concede an equaliser in particular? Why chant for any ex employee? Why chant Mourinho's right the refs are shoite? We at Chelsea always sing for ex employees.
  16. How do you know I haven't spoken to any of the players? Have you spoken to each and every one of them and asked if they had spoken with me? [emoji3] Also you are allowed to chant whatever the heck you want and I am allowed to say what I think of said chant. The beauty of democracy, eh? Say what you want about any chant...but match day fans are in a better place to guage players reactions more than tv fans.
  17. Didn't think Scunthorpe were that bad or didn't seem it..seemed pretty quiet or noise doesn't travel well lol.or is that what you meant?Stoke always been weird fans wise. Couldnt hear them or that lot tonight because they were sat down most of the match
  18. How do you know? Have you personally spoken to the players? Anyway the only main Mourinho chant was ' mourinho's right. ....the refs are shite' But are we allowedto chant other ex employee names such as Ossie, Wise and Lampard or doesnt that help the team either?
  19. And bar Scunthorpe ...the worst fans we have seen at the bridge
  20. Don't normally say this because its difficult for them...but that was one of the most inept and weakest performances I have seen from a ref at SB. They should have been down to 10 men in 1st half and he couldnt wait to have a go at Costa even though he was being tame and generally behaving himself
  21. For those match goers who might be remotely interested, bit of a Bowie tribute in the Pensioner pre match from 1700
