I'm one of these sad gits hoping the board gets behind Sarri and they buy him some good attacking players. Hes only had 1 player and theres no way ANYONE could have turned a defending minded team into what sarri wants with 1 new player. Not even the oh so wonderful Pep! Give him some proper players. Get rid of all the 1 year contracts and deadwood. Then if he doesn't get results we would at least have some good players for the next participant in the great Chelsea manager hunt.

HTF can the board- or us, expect a TOTALLY different style of football - in all ways, to be implemented by only buying 1 player to adapt to it - Jorginho. WHATEVER manager comes in - IF WE ARE SERIOUS about wanting to play an attacking type of football, is going to have EXACTLY the same problems as Sarri has. We need to replace more of the squad than the ones we should keep. Whether its because they are too old,to slow,wannabes,hasbeens, not the right character or personality or just outright not the standard of playerwe need them to be. Sarri does a few things that I just totally dont agree with or understand why he has done it/ But so has every other manager we have ever had. A lot of us forget that we knew this was going to be a rough roller coaster of a year/ We said it pre Sarri coming. The club needs a complete sort out from top to bottom whether it is with Sarri or not. But I would prefer we sorted out the Directors, get in a REAL DOF, get them to agree on a direction we want to see the club take, the type of football we want to be playing, an identity we want the club to have, and bring in the manager that is best suited for that particular job. Then get FULLY behind that manager giving him whatever support he needs

He walked off for less than a minute. He fucked off cause you saw he was raging mad and was going to lose the plot. They you all woulda moaned about that too. I don't know how else Sarri could have deallt with it apart from marching out there, grabbing him by his throat and dragging him off. After everyone saying he couldn't adapt to a different role. EVERYTHING new takes time to change. Specially on a football team when a player has done one job his whole career. Not once has the Wee Baldy man moaned or whined that he doesn't want to play in a different position. He doesn't whine that he want to play back where he is in his comfort zone. Just maybe some other players might take a page from his notebook on team work.
