Those figures would be in a defensive system We dont really know yet as we havent seen our starting 11 all together what if any difference this midfield will make. I dont think many of us reallise just how much difference having a proper DLP and a ACM will make to our forwards yet. We have now got that faster acting/thinking/moving Cescy we have been wanting. And Kovacic is going to be a tremendous help. I'm hoping it will make a vast change to Eden etc. Just as long as they put themselves into the positions they can do damage.

In my head i was a bit different. From the reports I read he never hid the fact that he was ambitious and wasn't staying at Leicester. Whereas I think hes very happy here. He said that he wouldn't push for a move too. So I think if we show ambition in different ways, prove to the lad via golden handcuffs how important he is to us then I dont know what more ANY player could ask for. Tho I do think he would like to end his career at PSG

What he did with us I think was hammered the "defend at all cost" approach into them and it took away their natural instincts to go forward at times.

Its our top 3 (and LB) that we need to look at. I would put our CM up against anyone in the PL right now which we have been needing for a long time. All strong,fast,skillfull and will be an amazing help for our front lads. I would have no problem at all going purely by pre season to start CHO and leave him where he is. I would put Eden on RW. Its not the 1st time we have done it and it worked fine. And IF Bats is off on loan I would be very tempted to stick Pedro in as CF. Hes a direct,nippy little bugga and might be what we need We haven't been able to get the ball forward before but now we have ways. Those 3 lads they are all fast and they will think every day is Xmas. I really dont hope Sarri doesn't get into a Eden Morata Willian rut and not work his way out of it.

I dont understand why Bats hasn't been kept on )taking it for granted his loans going thru) Sarri must have watched some previous tapes or his staff have given him some idea about him. A shame tho as he might have done good in this squad.

I dont THINK the WBM will leave to anywhere but PSG myself. And its an awful thought and hope I'm wrong but I see Eden at Manure when Mou is sacked and ZZ takes over. So whether he signs a new contract,we win the PL or we make him captain he will join ZZ when he whistles.

This may sound petty buy I will enjoy watching Mou go into meltdown mode but the problem will be that ZZ will be taking over. And this means Eden will be his first whistle stop!

If we look at this season a little differently we have 1/2 a new team this year. We never had any of CHO,Ampadu,Barkley,Tammy or even Luiz and Emerson really play last season. We dint know IF Bats is off yet (tho I'd rather he stay and we give him some time) Add them to our 3 new lads (and Rob Green of course) and we have a bunch of new lads. So me being me I would have us with 6 new 1st team starters CHO Ampadu Emerson Kovacic Jorgi Harry.

Not asking them to do owt! If they dont want to be here let someone buy them. Kante is a guy that will give 100% every day all day. Eden you need to mother. We dont have a god given right to be in the top 4 every year. we have just become spoiled to it, Its times like now that players show their characters. They either dig in and fight or walk about not giving a toss. Jorginho came to us from a team already in the CL so theres more for some players than just CL.

You're too young to remember Ruperts aren't you? Came in about the same time as Budgie jackets and Skinners (that are no being made again - never liked the jeans but had several pairs of cords I loved. great for dancing. Loadsa room. Only 24" parallel but at the time were baggy )

While in the meantime we may be goalless! Sometimes it really is all about 1 result at a time. And if that means papering over the cracks with someone who will only last a good 2 or 3 years then so mote it be. Tho I'm sure there's amongst us peeps that will easily trot off a list of strikers all within a good price and age range that would give us our much needed goals. Because right now e have 8 players on the wrong side of 30 that all need upgrading and 6 of those contracts expire next summer

I'm quite pissed off that we didn't get a striker. It looked like 1 was high on Sarris list. I'm at a loss why we didn't go in big for Icardi. And all the whingers slagging off Higuaine and Lewa. They know how to score goals. But its OK. We have Paul McKenna coming in to cure Moratas yips and put some studs in his boots to stop him falling over.

I'd be happy with top 4 and showing that e are improving as we go and build on it for next season Of course we got a few that needs upgrding but no way was it a 1 window fix. I'm quite excited about this season and more than I thought I would be a couple of short weeks ago.

You got no faith? What we have different (apart from manager,style) is one of the best CM going, It will make such a big difference to our top 3. OK we dont have a standout 20+ goal giver but I can see them all getting more if they put themselves in the right places in this system.
