I think next season is too early. Maybe 2016/17 we should be having this conversation... It really depends what happens really :/ injuries, form dips, it all will lead up to this. Does he have his coaching badges yet?

Really, I have no idea what to do with him. We COULD get on without him but we'd have a very small squad and to be blunt, the only improvement on him is Isco or maybe Coutinho, both of which are not viable. He's only 23 anyway, next season will be pivotal for him, I think his success or failure will be what decides his future here is.

Loved Jose's praise "New Marcel Desailly" - the man himself even said he has the potential. I think bringing Kalas back next season if we sell Cahill (though I like the guy, I think we'll keep him, but English "talent" is pricey and if Mangala can fetch £32m then so can he) wouldn't be a bad shout. Cahill was brought when we played a low defensive block. Coincidentally when Matic isn't playing we're playing a low blok defence, hence why he looks good.
