Problem is that people are always saying - but he is special full-back, he is among best finishers, he scores goals! He went one-on-one and fucked it up. One thing that should be his strenght. If you cannot do that, what CAN you do? Useless...

Long time I didn't want some of our players to f*ck the hell off and to never see them again. Never in a long time have I felt so terrible about a loss. I hope Willian and Alonso apologists are happy (and by that I mean primarily our FUCKIN' BOARD).

I never said he was shit. Yup, hundreds of opinions, but only one truth. A lot of people have opinion - for example here in Croatia some thought that Rakitić is Modrić level player when they both contended for some award, and some people worldwide think that C.Ronaldo is better than Messi. Dejan Lovren think of himself as a top class defender, levelled with Sergio Ramos. They have every right to speak anything they want, expressing their opinions, and I of course have right to tell them, with arguments, that they are wrong. I am doing them a huge favour. It indeed IS fun.

Alonso didn't "work" in Conte-ball. He only worked for people with really low expectations. See, when you kick out one creative/attacking player, in favour of playing that 3-4-3 formation, you need to compensate THAT kind of creativity/ability somewhere else. If you are really going to play 3-4-3 or 3-5-2, and put your faith into WB-s to do the attacking, you need A LOT FUCKIN MORE than Alonso ever delivered. We have had 3 CB-s and 2 destructive midfielders. Creativity was nowhere to be found. Alonso liked that because he is not good in defence. Also, we had Hazard and Costa to help him at the attack, both really good players. He is average, good-ish player, and always has been like that. Some of us saw that before, but it was moo point telling people that because OMG LOOK AT THAT FK HE SCORED. Now, when we have higher expectations of our play, especially attacking play, we can see how average he is. Conte chased Sandro for 2 straight summers for a reason...

What do you think should be done to stop this? What do you even mean by that terms? I am from post-socialistic Croatia, and BELIEVE ME, you don't want to live like we do, or like we did. Many times I doubted our board about many things. But I am not worried for getting proper money value for Eden Hazard. We had got lots of money for a lot worse players...

Jose Mourinho had Filipe Luis (top 7 left-backs at the time) and he still played Ivanović. But this from Sarri is still not very good. He mention set-pieces... What set pieces, who is gonna score those from Man City? They have no tall players... One thing is for sure to me - if Emerson should have got a chance, it should have been against weaker opposition, regardless of set pieces. With their possession being about 30%, who cares? How many set pieces can they get? Wolves were really the perfect chance to give Emerson the chance.

Priorities for winter: 1. Centre back - why? Because it's the easiest job and it's clear that Cahill and/or AC will leave. There are some decent young fellas available, Rugani being the safest bet. 2. Striker - why? We all know why, we are desperate. Loan in Cavani, buy Higuain, buy Piatek, try with someone, and don't fuckin overthink, like with Morata. Ask Džeko again if he is willing to sign for one year. Immobile also comes to mind. 3. Right wing - why? Because it would be easier than bring left back, taking into account that we recently brought Emerson. And Willian and Pedro are both old. So, there is Suso and some others. 4. Left back - why? It's the hardest task if you ask me. Alonso is still appreciated by many, Emerson is still new guy. Personally, I wouldn't buy new LB until I see what Emerson can do. First two is a must do in the winter. If not that, than we need 1. and 3. But we cannot continue without upgrade on our end-product, that's for sure.

Funny though, Willian and Luiz are both flashy players. Alonso with his goals too. They seem to be attractive, even sexy to some, regardless of their massive flaws. Well, poor people...

It's easy to neutralise Jorginho when you don't need to care about Morata/Giroud, Willian, Alonso, Azpi or Kante (but IMO last two should stay in our team to provide def. stability). They just stuff our midfield and they are all set. If we had have better players elsewhere, marking Jorginho wouldn't be so easy!

We should go for loans this winter. Loan in Cavani, Higuain, loan in Ashley Cole, loan in someone, I don't care. Don't overpay and get us in a top4.

His value on transfermarkt is 41 million pounds. Conte has fooled the whole world. If we were smart, we would sell this useless player. It's crazy to think that we could have gotten 100 millions for him and Willian combined.

I don't think Alonso is anything better than Willian. For what it's worth - Pedro is sure better than Alonso, meaning upgrading LB is more important. Also, Willian on the LW is sure better than Alonso...

I would say that it's equally hard to win games when your attackers can't score to save their lives, keeping missing all those shots. Our only goal came in after a deflection!

He is a young GK who needs to learn, he will improve. You can forgive him. You can't forgive to an old idiots Alonso and Willian. Also, to Hazard I agree, he is missing.

Hazard keeps making wrong passing decisions. He is not on his top level at the moment...

I always have a feeling that when player isn't playing well, manager mentions some kind of injury to protect him and for media not to start crapping. Even if player wasn't injured. Alonso is fairly likeable guy, but blindness of some people about him always surprised me. Every, EVERY player could look good if your put him at the system that covers all of his shortcomings. That, by some extent, was Contes' 3-4-3. Matić and 3 defenders to cover his ass, and Hazard with Costa upfront to cover his mistakes upfront. I hope Sarri went off of the narrative that he could become "best left back" if he improves defensively. Please, plan replacing him and give Emerson a chance. I don't even want to start counting his deficiencies, anyone with the brain is aware of them. It's also funny how are we always mentioning RW as a position that we need to upgrade urgently. Well, maybe we do, if we don't bring quality striker, but the truth is - Pedro/Willian combo is much better at what they do than Alonso, especially in-form Pedro.
