We all know that Willian is not good, Alonso too, and as of recent - we know Barkley is not first XI material, so that's not bothering me. What really bothers me the most is Jorginho's long passing. It really isn't good, for a while now.

Ok, don't want to be harsh on the kid... but we REALLY need homegrown players. And we REALLY need wingers. NOW. We must keep him, regardless of his wants, he must understand. Board, don't even think about it.

It would be great in summer to have Hazard, Pulisic, Lozano and CHO. With Willian and Pedro leaving. But I doubt it. If Hazard leaves I would leave Willian or Pedro to be 4th choice. Usually I wouldn't be for this, I would rather buy central-forward, but he is good goal-scorer and I would be happy, I don't think we have so much choice.

With Willian and Pedro old and injured, with Giroud out, Morata being shit and with Sarri frequently playing with false 9 (which opens up one more wing position) it would be worth it for him to try and stay for another season, especially in next months. Look at RLC Callum, that can be you!

We are playing possession football for Barkley, Willian, Morata, and even Alonso to f*cking materialise on it. Point finger at them. People are actually not hating Jorginho, they are hating Sarri and his football.

Exactly, he could have done better, but was better than the most. He is keeping the possession very well, he is actually solid dribbler and is ok in defence.

I think Jorginho was pretty good. Willian, Barkley, Alonso were rubbish, even Morata was better than them. Seriously, why some think Jorgi was not good?

Him being whole life in USA probably means whole world is used to American poo-li-sik. But original it should be: poo-li-shich (like Mateo Ko-va-chich). Don't know which one he prefers. EDIT: They even officially removed Š and Ć from surname, don't know was it him or his parents. So taking that into account, he is Pulisic, therefore American butchered version is used I guess.

Also, I really hope Sarri approved this, that it was his wish too, not just Marina's wet marketing dream. If he really likes Puly, he will make him good.

Really hope his marketing side could benefit us enough to cover for that price. Americans will be crazy about him in blue jersey, that's for sure... One more interesting thing - his dad is Croatian, hence the surname Pulišić. Having Croatian (total-footballing nation) and American (strong drive for success) background might help him too.

Well, that's a lot of money. Almost as Morata... EDIT: Splashing this kind of cash, mid-season, with player coming to us only in summer... We are in a survival-of-the-fitest battle for top 4, how come stuff like this are our priority? I really don't understand. That transfer ban might be true after all...

Sarri colud be compared to Conte, he at least tried to play something from the back... but to compare this to Mourinho's team, with Azpi LB and Ivanović at RB, with no clear possesion game at all. I mean, you know Palace couldn't create chances in big part because we kept the ball for such long periods? It's not like this great possesion doesn't bring anything, even without penetration. To me it's clear that Giroud and Willian are not high level players, and you can't expect miracles with them. You could literally see Willian ruining the attacks when he should be the first one to ease burden on Eden. And Giroud not even winning arial duels, misplacing passes (things he is known for). Also, 4-3-3 should be formation in which main goal threat are wingers (and striker ofc), with midfield providing control, so don't be so harsh on them. Be harsh on Willian and strikers. Even on he-is-not-fast-but-at-least-he-scores Alonso. I am content with Sarri so far, I would prefer more flexibility, less Alonso and Willian in our team, but he added many many good, MODERN things to our game. If we buy striker, Pedro could play on the right, Hazard on the left, so yeah, no Willian. That alone would be huge upgrade.

Exactly. Jorginho misplaced some pass here and there, but I think he was good and even solid in defense. Kante too was good, same with Kovačić. Willian and Alonso were terrible, Pedro wasn't good and Rudiger too. Hazard is nowhere near his best at CF position.

We all know what Kante does, and he does that well. I mean, Willian went on a great chance, and PASSED the ball to their keeper. Alonso missed the target from 1-on-1. THEIR job is to score goals and to create, not Kante's and Azpi's, they are really good at defending. I may sound like a broken record, but Azpi and Kante are very very useful when playing against stronger teams. Like against City. Willian and Alonso should be blamed for this. Even Pedro wasn't good.
