On a flight to London, apparently.
-
Has played for Villa and Boro this season. Can't happen, chill lads.
-
SELL, DON'T LOOK BACK.
-
He trained yesterday? Videos were on Chelsea TV.
-
He is. Right now. Italian strikers are known to fade away. I rate him, but he could end up being a Quagliarella. Also, the other two have immense potential, should we just kill it off?
-
We've got Diego, Bats, Tammy. Why do we need Belotti exactly?
-
When he had the chance, he didn't push for the move. Now he can **** off.
-
This is as worse as the N'Golo Kante needs replacing post. I forgot that after one year, you still have to come back as Prime Baresi,in order to be good for a Chelsea fan.
-
I don't want to overrate the lad. I'm just saying he has the qualities to play there. He is intelligent, tbf. Stamina we'll see. I just don't think he's coming in as a CB. He looks good and despite me being skeptical, I think he can develop here.
-
Find it surprising people are saying he should make the LCB role his. We'd die on set pieces with him and Azpi. He's taylor made for LWB. Defensive stability, passing, technique, crossing ability, mobile. Ideal choice if we can't buy any top notch LB/LWB.

While I agree, I can hold my hands and say he wasn't great at some points of our season, BUT in these big games he tries so hard to actually do something. The epitoment of his troubles was when Pedro twice tried to put a through ball, one when he was vs Toby and the second being way off target. Add to that, Alonso being poor attacking wise, Matic being able to play the odd pass and Costa not having a great game and it was summed up. Hazard isn't to blame.
-
Time to bash this guy up a bit. Pochettino exposed this slow fragile player and pointed out why we needed a dynamic CM next to Kante. To blame for both goals. As was to blame for the Henderson goal back in the Liverpool game. It's not about him going forward. He's a fantastic squad player. But that guilable moment in which he overcommits to helping Alonso, who wasn't THAT bad in defence and the space he left out for Eriksen. Twice. To think you'd actually press him the second time, seeing he can whip a killer ball in. Nope. Just stood there. Leaving him with acres of space. Then go on and tell me Henderson will never hit a ball like that. Maybe. But if he didn't have the space to be so easy in the first place. The moment we get someone of the Nainggolan mould, you'll see exactly why Matic is nothing more than a squad player.
-
After I checked Eden's thread, I come here. Talk about a f***ing overreaction. Yes, Kante had a really poor game, everyone is allowed to f***ing have one. Christ forbid, he went on to make a mistake in our next game. He is one of the 4 world class player we have in our squad and people have written him off after a bad game, tears jn my eyes.
-
We do not deserve this guy. Being made to play with donkeys with a slow football brain and lack of technical ability. The mere fact people are slating our only creative focal from last night's game is killing me. Why I am susprised, though? We don't want James, so yeah, better replace Hazard with Berahino. Then we could really be a force. And he'd come on a free.
-
1. We can't know we are interested. 2. We can't know if he is leaving. 3. We can't know if he wants us. 4. We can't know if Real will let him leave. Quoting The Sun for us NOT being interested in James and quoting Marca for us interested is shite in both ways. All we know is, Conte wants to strengthen in January. Let him and the board work it out.
-
We have 7 people tracking back, yet people are still on the Jose Mourinho 'workhorse before ability' train. 80% of the chances Willian and Pedro have to put another player in a good scoring position they bottle. They pop up with the odd goal and contribute only, if allowed the needed space, which happens only when playing teams on the counter. James on the other hand has the ability to play amazing passes and through balls. Is a great crosser, has a fantastic long shot and a good finish. I don't want to watch another second of Willian being scared to play Eden through on goal, because he sees two people on him, have some sense. If Conte wants him, I want him. And even if Conte does not, I still want him, will be a massive improvement.
-
Willing to bet one of him or Costa will start vs Boro.
-
I meant to say 3-4-3. Bats creating space behind him, if need be. Would be unreal, haha.
-
He has three years left on his contract. We wanted 20 million euro, Juventus neither could afford it, nor did they want to. Far as I know, we are getting 5 or 6 million paid yearly, so basically, given last years, we;ve sold him back losing only a couple of millions.
-
Imagine we actually do this ans Hazard, Griezmann, Batshuayi in a 4-3-3. ?
-
They are avoiding FFP by paying a fee for every year. Why are people surprised.
-
Boys, to be quite fair, I was the one banging on how he was the BEST option on the market. However, assess this carefully. He has got 1 good season behind his back. Sarri only improved his technical abilities on the ball, his defending skills were already there, but he still has lapses in concentration. Napoli concede a goal nearly every game. Huge price tag. Given all these three points and add to the fact he's got AFCON in January, I'm actually glad we went for Luiz. People are massively, MASSIVELY underrating him. Compared to Koulibaly, he may look like a technical version of Mamadou Sakho and yes his lapses in concentration can lead to unnecessary fouls or loosage of marker, but still he is a great defender. I'm not saying we shouldn't have bought K2, but was such a huge risk, especially given the sum of money we were willing to pay. This wasn't the Nainggolan situation, where you are guaranteed a class player with consistent performance during the years. Would have hated another Mangala. At least with Luiz, we know what we are getting and hopefully Conte can work on his liabilities the same way he did with Barzagli at such an old age.
-
We are paying 7-8 mil. in bonuses. Which makes this a good deal. Happy with this. I;d prefer him to be a nothing special 6/10, than an inconsistent one, haha.
-
I think he'll fit us good and hopefully be a consistent 6/10, rather than be a 10/10 one game and a liability the other.
-
Our club never tweets things like this, especially a word like Geezer, something which EVERYONE knows David Luiz used a lot when he was in England and is still on his boots. I don't know if it's on, but the tention has got me buzzing hah.
