We've got a great player, but let's not ignore the fact that there is no permanent option in this deal. And yes, it does matter a lot.

So you think that if Chelsea are not challenging for titles you're not going to support them.

All this I want to know why we haven't got a new manager why haven't we bought so and so forget it what happens happens moaning on a forum is pissing in the wind. And please don't reply with Liverpool have done this Man United have bought him we are Chelsea and making lazy comparisons to other teams is pointless.

Would there not have been some movement already if he was told a while ago he was staying? Surely we would've gotten one or two signings in by now. Otherwise, what in the actual fuck are we waiting for to enter the market?
The reason has to be because we're waiting for a new manager. I cannot fathom our board being dumb enough for it to be for any other reason.

Fair enough. It's really weird though that there are multiple reasons for our failure last season. You could actually blame the Board, the manager, the players and you won't be wrong anywhere in doing so. 

I hear you, but not for once do I believe that our club needs to spend 200 million over the top to avoid results like these.

I'm not even counting the upsets against Crystal Palace, West Ham etc. Conte never took the responsibility and always looked for excuses. It wasn't the Conte we all fell in love with, that's for sure.

maybe he isn’t a master  of journalism but you got from him some important news . Was the only who informed us for this current difficult situation . He isn’t perfect but a good source with some truth on his words.

He's definitely an option but Azpilicueta I assume would be the other full back. That would leave us with two defensive minded full backs and either of them playing left back would be a right footer playing there leaving us even more toothless on that left hand side.
I would far rather we play Rudiger in the centre and use someone natural on the left hand side to give the team more balance, and a little more offensive minded too. Whether that means we need to buy someone I'm not too sure, would depend a lot on Emerson in pre season I guess.

I think Zola is Steve Holland's replacement as the club based number 2.
Last season we let Conte bring in his own replacement for Steve but the general rule in the Roman era is we have a club based assistant to go alongside the manager's own staff and it's worked well.

Zola has been summoned ready to be unveiled as Sarri's number 2, it's a big thing for the club, supporters and him. Him flying back tells you things are happening, it's probably a dream come true for Zola to be involved in such a big job at the club he's seen as a hero at, imagine how excited he must be to come back and work under Sarri.

There is a good chance that IF Chelsea have spoken to ADL and Napoli regarding Sarri they'll want negotiations kept confidential. Chelsea are easily one of the most secretive clubs with regards to their transfer dealings both before and after deals have been made.
It is also made even more delicate by the fact that Conte is still in a job at the moment. I don't agree with it, but the club is obviously retaining Conte for the time being in the case that they can't find a suitable replacement for him. But also they have to negotiate his dismissal when the time comes and none of us have got any idea to the fine print and clauses within his contract. If Conte had proof that the club is trying to employ a new manager whilst he is still employed it could impact on his potential compensation in his favour, therefore the club need to do these dealings as secretively as possible.
As some have said, until anything is officially announced, we are no better than the journalists - purely speculating.

What makes you think that? The club gave mourinho every opportunity before sacking him and conte had all last season and still hasn't been sacked.
The club is clearly far more stringent nowadays with its finances and therefore making a fairly sizeable investment in sarri (release clause, wages, conte pay off), the board will want to get value for their money and will give him every opportunity to make sure that happens.

Conte was never going to Real Madrid so I don't think them appointing another manager changes anything.
