Maybe the same might happen again? Obviously this might not be an issue and we go out and sign Pedro, Baba and Stones by the end of next week but that seems more fantasy football than real life. I agree there is something fundamentally wrong with the club but it isn't just Jose, but a cumulative of issues with players, the board being tie ass and others. But Jose didn't help it by starting more fire last week, that is why atm I can see it heading down that dark path so often as it has with him in the past.

Yep that is my preferred solution too, lets make a couple of solid signings and unite again behind the scene to correct our wrong. But that has been proven to not be how Jose usually handle these things in the past, so surely you must have some doubt as well? Also don't think we will fire Jose but if the pressure and bad results keep on happening, he will start to cause fire which might makes his position untenable at some point which forces the club to find a 'mutual separation' again with him.

Isn't that reflected poorly on Jose that we get destroyed when we didn't park it? So do you think there are only 2 ways of playing big games? park it, keep it tie and you will draw/narrowly win or play openly and get destroyed like today? When teams like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern can go away from home and destroy oppositions without doing either.

3 months is a long time in football. MU won the league at a CANTER as well in 12-13, 3 months later started their worst season in recent history. We won't go the same way but we will struggle to compete for the title, this is a significant change from a year ago when we walked it.

A week is a long time in football, you can win the league one season but if you don't attempt to move on you get left behind as we are now. Mancini won the league 11-12, sacked a year later. Don't pretend this is something outrageous when it is perfectly normal in modern football.

Erm yes obviously if we just win comprehensively at the home of a strong team then it is clearly nothing is wrong with the club. This have been a problem started from the 2nd half of last season and accelerated over this summer, this is probably the peak of it.

I agree Klopp is a good choice, but I mean the way he got Dortmund struggling last season got me worried. This season they have started on fire so clearly it wasn't a problem with the players. What about return of Ancelotti? his league record might be debatable but his CL record is fantastic.

Isn't conjecture part of a debate. We have no influence on anything here or on anything related to Chelsea because no one here is part of the board at the club. Discussion something that might happens in a few months time or even sooner is not just baseless conjectures imo, what is different from this to us discussing potential transfer targets.

It is a cumulative of problems starting with Jose and the board down to the players 1. We fail to strengthen thinking our team is strong enough 2. Jose creates controversy, distracts the players and bring tension 3. Terry, Ivanovic and others are old and not getting better 4. Main striker, Costa seems to be completely off form and ravaged by injury There are many othe problems as well but these 4 core problems are the main issues.

Contract means nothing, he signed new contract at Madrid in 2012 and was out a year later. Same with Suarez and countless other footballers.

Oh and us getting embarassed by City have nothing to do with this. This should be a serious question imo especially with our state and the direction the club is heading. All these off field problems with signings and pr with medical team, then the on field problem with unacceptable tactics in big games and getting well beaten, outplayed by other teams since preseason.

So after our horrible start to our season and all the off field problems, it is clearly that the club is in turmoil atm. Everyone know things usually go bad with Jose after 3 seasons and so far it seems to be no different. So while I still think we can turn this around with Jose at the helm and secure a top 4 spot, maybe winning the league cup or FA Cup as well. But if he does somehow go after this season, who do you think is the right man to replace him? Bare in mind Klopp, Ancelotti and Guardiola are ALL AVAILABLE for free next summer so we have 3 top class choices to choose from should the club and Jose decide to part way again.
