  1. I don't know his body language doesn't seem completely right atm. At the start of last season he was on fire and everyone could see how happy he was, now he looks like he is a bit frustated with everything. I doubt he is 'unhappy' here but I also doubt he is completely happy and willing to stay for a long time.
  2. Maybe liablity was too strong of a word but he carries as much baggage as he does with goals. Can you guys honestly see him doing a Drogba and stay here for the next 10 years? atm his antic is overlooked by him scoring goals, which seem to be a problem from preseason up to the game against West Brom last weekend, his style means I doubt he can keep it up consistently for the next few years, maybe he got a couple more years max at the peak but then after that it will go down. Then there is that never ending hamstring issue, until he proves that he can plays consistently 50 games for a whole season without picking up an injury he won't cut it as our main striker in the long term. His form is not just a water tap either, you can't just switch on and off straight away after injury, even Messi couldn't during his injury plagued campaign of 2013-14. His recent off form might have been contributed by his injury and failure to find full match fitness. There is a reason why his form also dropped off massively from December onward last year when that hamstring started to become a bit more serious as well. I would be pleasantly surprised if by the end of next summer we still have Costa as our no1 striker, of course Falcao won't be here then and Remy might not as well if he doesn't get to play much this season(he is also not good enough to lead the line here anyway). I would take a close interest look at other top strikers or young strikers like Lacazette and Icardi's form this season as they could potentially be our new signing next summer.
  3. Doubt they would reject his request or they would have done so the moment it was handed in, didn't West Brom reject Berahino's request straight away? Even if they do reject it Liverpool did with Torres as well in 2011 and countless other teams also do but usually once a player hand in a request he is most likely off. The very worst thing that could happen now is Everton decide to be unreasonable dicks and try to make us pay 40-50m which I doubt we would and thus prolong this until the deadline day where we might not be able to complete the deal in time. Still I think we will get him, deal probably will be done for around 35m, maybe 40m with add-ons but can't see it go any higher than this.
  4. Are you just posting random number
  5. Probably some truth in it I think, doesn't seem to be at his happiest atm and off form could be related to this. Still if we get our money back I wouldn't care since I think he is a liability anyway, whether with his behavior or injury problem which will surface again soon. As long as we replace him adequately he can go. Honestly I don't see him ever leading the line here for a long time anyway, maybe he probably won't leave this summer but next summer can totally see him leave and we will bring in a top class replacement.
  6. Khedira and someone else but I forgot who. Basically they have replaced them.
  7. WTF? I am one of Pogba's biggest fan on here and have been following the transfer closely. All I am saying is that the guy who brought it up is a bullshiter judging from his knowledge of Stones. Now he is saying we have to 'choose' between Pogba and Stones, nicely done to correct his mistake yesterday don't you think? Yh that Grizemann avatar guy is also a bster, in fact like I said almost all of them are apart from Di Marzio who is usually more correct than the rest.
  8. hehe not you mate there is some new bs itk guy on twitter claiming we are about to sign Pogba and I forgot his name
  9. That Arab guy lied about Stones, said it was off completely yesterday so I doubt he knows anything about this either. Time to add him alongside the likes of Tancredi guys. This story was never on in the 1st place as Di Marzio said.
  10. Btw didn't that idiot Arab twitter guy said the deal was off yesterday? Time to add him into bs list with Tancredi and that means Pogba move is also off(probably never on in the 1st place lol)
  11. Doesn't mean he won't join them, they want £25m, Spurs offered £21m. Will probably end up something as £21m upfront with £4m add-ons.
  12. Hopefully this is Cuadrado/Douglas Costa all over again with one being used as a bargain for negotiation for the other(only Stones is Costa and Garay is Cuarado I hope )
  13. Nice..no doubt we will pay something like 30m euros for him as well. Should have gone for Otamendi when we got the chance, now we will end up paying a very similar fee for someone a lot worse.
  14. Erm why is no6 got anything to do with Pogba...he is wearing 10 at Juve and in any case the number got nothing to do with this.
  15. Everyone having their full name in their thread title now thanks to Terminator lol
  16. Out of many good signings we made since 2011, this guy must be up there with Torres as the worst.
  17. Wait so from past it he is back to one of the best in the world now all in space of 2 weeks.
  18. The deal was probably never on in the 1st place, we probably did bid but got rejected straight away and that was the end of that. The Arab guy is saying we are pretty much certain to sign him and everyone said he was reliable. If it doesn't happen it means he has been spouting bs like 99% of other itk on twitter.
  19. Not sure, if he keeps up the form can see MU paying 40m with ease next summer for him
  20. So...all quiet again. From 90% close to joining to completely off hahaha guess we can add that Arab guy to the list of bs tweeters. Lesson: never trust anyone on twitter apart from official sources and Di Marzio, the rest are all bs.
  21. More he wants 12m euros per year after tax apparently which is around 230k after taxes while Hazard is on 200k max I think but then again remember RVP/Shrek/Falcao/Di Maria were all on 250k min at MU with Shrek at 300k so for a 70m rated player that is fair imo.
  22. If this is true looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool. Clearly MU have been playing too much FM. Muller, Bale and now Neymar hahahahahahhahahaha. New contract for him soon I reckon
  23. He is used to counter attacking, after all isn't that Juve's main style
  24. Admins here are so inconsistent, if we have full names for players this guy should actually be called 'Pedro Eliezer Rodríguez Ledesma' and almost all our other players have long names . We need consistency guys
  25. Apparently City pulled out earlier this summer partly because of some problem with owning all his image right, I don't know that much about it but I would imagine maybe we haven't got on to that yet and this deal might be a lot more complicated than just paying £70m and him £200k per week. I can't imagine why they would pull out if they are willing to spend £50m on KDB now, £70m for Pogba would be nothing since he is clearly a better player. Maybe we don't care about his image right so all the shirt sell stuff...etc we won't get anything out of but for them it is a big deal.
