Our players are tired and lagging after 12 or so league games. Pathetic bunch of pansy cunts. The woulda died in the 70's and 80's.

The fact is, we were doing brilliantly and yet another October to November transition has fuckled us. This same spell was why we finished 6th last season and we wont be fluking any Champions Leagues this season to paper over the cracks. After the Tottenham win i genuinely 100% thought we could win the league. 5 weeks on, we out of it and have sacked our manager winning 0 league games since. The tempo has gone, the passion has gone and the premiership has gone.
-
Yes. Next question.

I knew we wouldn't win, we never beat them at home, was extremely poor. I watched the first half and that was it for me, i didn't watch any more. The feelings i had after we beat Tottenham seem like that game was a few years ago. We have a base, Rafa knows how to set up a solid team but we have no cutting edge at all and we have no striker which we all know. This will be a blessing in disguise because the more this happens, the more chance of getting that striker or ending Benitez's reign short. First and foremost though i want Chelsea to do well and i want Chelsea to win and i'm thoroughly fucked off that we can't win for shit now, just like last season. We always draw at home to Fulham but we do always win at West Ham. I'm sure we'll beat West Ham. Just have to go through this shit again and hope for a miracle to start happening around the end of march i guess. Roll on the Spring, we'll be fucking shit until then so get used to it.

Haha i got rid of Jaskelainen because they have Man Utd away tomorrow and i searched for a 5m keeper. I put Mignolet in because i knew he'd keep a clean sheet
-
So this mid week has Chelsea vs Fulham and Tottenham vs Liverpool and they decide to show Villa vs Reading and Wigan vs Man City? Fucking joke of a tv station. There will be streams tho for sure but lately i've realised that most of the steams are shit. Anyway there's no way we'll win, we never do well against them at home. 1-1
-
Ooh yeah 62 points, have that, another H2H win. The yid boys came up trumps. Need to get rid of Jaaskelainen because we know where they're going midweek.
-
We played Shrewsbury away too didn't we after they knocked Everton out (hi Shogun), fucked em 4-0. And Gillingham away 4-2, Gronkjaers debut, he was electric. There just haven't been enough away games that are what you could say interesting. Preston a few years ago, Southend. I'm glad MK Dons vs AFC Wimbledon has happened but i think it kicks off around the same time as our game at Upton Park. Mega irritating.
-
I like the way he put 'young' 3 assists and won a penalty = 4 assists. Great debut for him, glad he's started so well, the start is usually the hard part. Hope he helps destroy Wimbledon at the weekend.

Pretty shit from both teams in truth but a clean sheet against City is a good start. Well earned point. I gave Mikel my MOTM because he did so well breaking their stuff up and starting our attacks although our attacks were pretty. They were much more physical and powerful than us so it needed Mikel to do a job, he was excellent. Azpi was excellent too, so happy we seem to have a proper right back at last.

Had a go at Chelsea, Tottenham, draw, draw for todays prem games. £10 @ 46/1. Very much possible but tough.
-
I'm not nervous at all for some reason. Every outcome is possible, it's a tough game and i really have the feeling that we'll win it. Interested to see the team.
-
Wow i seem to be doing really well in the H2H, getting so lucky, I lost my first 2 games but am unbeaten since. Won by 2 points on game week 8, 9 and 10 and beat Hutcho by 1 point in game week 11 lol, currently drawing 12-12 in this week. Awesome. In regards to my actual team, i've got a few issues tbh need to change a bit but not sure how.
-
TAXI FOR AL HABSI! That really is pretty bad lol but he does have it in him, he's made some crazy howlers in his time.
-
Rafa did play 4-4-1-1 because he always played Gerrard behind Torres which worked so well and was why Robbie Keane never got a game. It's basically a 4-5-1 really and i do believe we have the players to play it. He was always so hesitant to play 2 up top so expect something pretty similar to what we've been using anyway.

Everyone else sack their managers for a reason. There was no need to sack di Matteo as far as i'm concerned. It's ok to say everyone else does it but Real Madrid did it because they were having really bad UCL campaigns. Tottenham did it because they were doing genuinely shit in the league, 'arry took over when they had 2 points from their first 8 games and most or all the teams who have changed managers willy nilly changed because they weren't doing so well. This was a season for us where we we doing really well, we weren't expecting to win everything but we were in a good position. Drogba leaving, Lampard getting older and almost ready to call it a day and JT being banned/injured along with us signing many young players suggested to me that we were now building for the future and not the present. Our target was simply to get into the top 4 which we were on course for. I don't think anyone is expecting someone to be here for 10-20 years but 3-5 would be nice just to get a settled feel. We win trophies because we have money and a rich owner, not because we change managers. When a manager comes, he changes things, he works on his methods, plays his formations and uses his players. It may not work straight away but it can worked on or changed. If you change the manager, you're starting again and learning something different again and suddenly you might find yourself in matches or situations that you don't know how to win because you haven't worked on it yet. We have dropped points because of bad luck. We've won at WHL and the Emirates, we were outstanding against Man Utd after going 2-0 down. I just get the feel that if Robbie had stayed for say 3 years, in that time, this team would've been fantastic. We've been better than i anticipated anyway for me, we shouldn't be this good with Hazard and Oscar in their first season playing every game and Mata who's the longest servant of the trio being a Chelsea player for about a year! Some of the football we have played has been breathtaking and in my honest opinion, sacking Robbie for Rafa has halted the progress and put us back a step when we were heading very much in the right direction. Although i do agree with much of the first post, i do believe that Robbie would've been an outstanding manager for us given time and Roman, regardless of how much he has done for us, is making horrible decisions. If we had kept our managers for longer, especially Jose, we would've won just as many trophies that we have anyway, maybe even more. I know we would've won fucking everything in 2008 if Jose had stayed, i'm convinced by that. Look for the right manager and fucking well keep him.

We drew against QPR where we should've gad 2 penalties 100% - Match Officials to blame We lost against Man Utd where we had 2 sent off, 1 was harsh and they scored a late offside winner - Match Officials to blame. We drew against Liverpool because the officials failed to see a blatant push by Luis Suarez on Ramires. - Match officials to blame. We lost to Juve because Hazards shot was saved very fortunately by the inside of Buffons leg and they scored some extremely lucky goals. - Bad fortune to blame. We've been brilliant this season, just hit a dodgy spell that happens, especially teams with very young players who are new and changing the philosophy of how we play. We were handed an extremely tough Champions League group, no team has a god given right to beat Juve and Shakhtar. Last season, Man Utd and Man City failed to get out their respective groups and Man City have failed this season too. We can still qualify and if we beat Man City on Sunday, would go just 1 point behind top in the league and i really think we would've beat them too. We've dropped through no fault of our own. Is Roman trying to convince himself that Rafa did well at Liverpool? Because i don't believe he did. He fluked a UCL and FA Cup and his best finish in the prem was 2nd before he got sacked the next season when they were like 6th or 7th or something. We were top 2 in 2011 yet Carlo was sacked for that, yet that bad season equalled Rafa's best season in England. Did rafa not have an 8 game spell where they lost a few and won hardly any? I'm pretty sure they must've done or Liverpool woulda been Champions a couple of times. I thought Roman wanted to 'play like Barca' yet now he's brought in a fat negative Chelsea hating prick to go back to basics and be boring again i guess. I'll get behind him because he want's to do his best for us but we all know that Either Pep or Jose will be here in the Summer and Maybe Rafa will go to Real Madrid if he does well here. This is all about Benitez putting himself back in the shop window so it probably will be good for us but there would've been absolutely no harm in letting Robbie stay til the end of the season, at least he got a pay off though. Roman doesn't care about us, he'll do whatever it takes to do what's best for Chelsea which is a good thing really but just the fact of being at Chelsea and sacking a true Chelsea fans favourite and legend for someone like Rafael Benitez for only 6 months is something that will only ever get us against him. You don't treat proper Chelsea people like that. I still feel we would've challenged under Robbie, look at how we beat Arsenal and Tottenham and how our youngsters are already making a mark. This Chelsea team would've been awesome in 2 years time, especially under RDM who the players clearly liked and enjoyed working with. I love Chelsea with all my heart but a part of me wouldn't be gutted if we came 10th and had our worst season for 2 decades. It would show Roman a thing or 2. The only thing that would make me like Benitez would be if he said some shit about Liverpool prior to our away game and masterminded a 3-0 win there to win the league at Anfield, then i'd hail him. i see though that the Fergie - Rafa games have started again, i will look forward to them with us. FACT.

I thought of Malouda straight away actually. I won't cry if he comes back, he was decent in pre season and has had a good Chelsea career imo. Obviously a bit older, less sharper and not as potent in previous years but football is a squad game, we have leeds in the league cup just days after we come back from Japan, we need to use the squad. Malouda can do jobs against teams in the cups, Europa league and in the bottom half of the league. I wont be sad to see him back. Our squad is too small anyway, we need him back.

Can Chelsea play with a false #9 like Barcelona?
Ollie replied to BOSS's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
We already use a false number 9 every week. -
pass.
-
Wouldn't say no to him at all, very impressive striker indeed. To be perfectly honest though, i wouldn't say no to anyone right now.
-
I think he is staying, i heard on facebook that he's staying. I really hope so.
-
This all seems so weird and it's getting weirder. Zenden was hopeless for us but at least he was here before this era. I remember his goal against Man Utd, was a belter and a great game too. Remember a nice goal against Bolton too, a lob but he was also in that Sunderland team that humped us 3-0 like 2 years ago and he beat us with Liverpool.... Anyway this is weird, maybe we'll sign Gerrard next to help Torres.
-
I saw that on facebook and was absolutely horrified. I feel desperately sorry for that guy, he'll never be the same again. That's attempted murder right there, he should be found and prisoned for a really long time. Shocking, absolutely sickening. He's lucky to be alive. I hate both Rome teams, they're both like this. All this over a game of football? Ok guys, ok.
-
Considering his record in the Europa League, he's like the best striker in UEL history, yet hasn't played this season.
