Simple for me altho i've gotta admit Hitchcock was my favourite goalkeeper back in the 90's ahead of Kharine but maybe that was because of the penalty shootout against Newcastle at St James' park in '96 or his man of the match display against Sheffield wednesday also in '96 when i was 10 and like saying 'He's well good' lol. He's not really good enough for top 4 but i'll always remember him fondly. I don't actually ever remember Kharine have a good game for us..... Soz Dimi. Number 1 and the best Chelsea goalkeeper EVER is Petr Cech and he will break every fucking record for us. Got him young, he's tall, brave, commanding and safe. He's the perfect goalkeeper and he's getting better still. Last season was his best season for us since 04/05 and he was excellent against Stokes bombarding attack last weekend. He's also a good shot stopper both sides and can kick with both feet even tho he much favours his left. Mr.Reliable. Number 2 and probably our best shot stopper ever and most agile is Cudicini. Bought on the absolute cheap as cover for De Goey and Bosnich i think and the other 2 keepers were out probably injured and Cudicini was so good he never looked back. Think he may of made his debut against Huddersfield in the CC where we lost 1-0 to a cracker from Kenny Irons but he certainly made a great name for himself. Wasn't the safest it has to be said but he was a great shot stopper and penalty saver. I remember his saves from Jamie Reknapps free kick and Van Nistelrooys header very fondly. Number 3 is Ed de Goey because he was safe with crosses and his distribution was very good none more so than that 3rd goal at barnsley in 1997, absolute stunning 3 man break from De Goey, Petrescu, Vialli, Good night! One thing that let him down was parrying the ball straight out and not pushing enough shots away from incoming players or past the post but he was a big bastard and pretty safe. Number 4 and i'm only putting him at number 4 because i never personally saw him play as i was like -20 .... Peter 'The Cat' Bonetti, so athletic, so agile, was safe and was a great shot stopper but as i never saw him, i can't really judge him 100% but he's an absolute legend so i can't leave him out knowing his status at the club.

Everyone who's played for Chelsea since i've been a fan never left in a bad way and always seemed to fall in love with the club except for like Panucci but he was just a wanker. It's really nice to se this from Yuri and i really hope we get them in the UCL some time at the bridge.
-
All over, 2-2. That was a better game than the 2 in the UCL put together. Weds is the 2nd leg. Don't like this 2 leg rule tho, seems stupid.
-
This is a cracking game, i have a feeling Real win nick it 3-2. Friendly? no bloody way lol. That was never gonna happen.
-
because of their lack of sportsmanship and their cheating i guess. They play great football but their cheating is despicable and bad for the game.
-
I don't care how good Barcelona's team is. The key is that that Cheating, moaning, dirty, greasy rat is out the premiership and i love it. Partaaay
-
Thats what good teams with top attacking players can do. Note to AVB or Roman.
-
1-2 Messi Mourinho looks gutted lol, Madrid have dominated this game. Knew it'd be a belter this game. Love it.
-
Wow... David Villa with a stunner!
-
Hopefully it's as epic as the community shield. They hate each other obviously and wont wanna lose to these opponents so i reckon it could be quite fun to watch. Hardly a bad way to start the season with a Barca - Mardrid match.
-
His first half at Rangers was also very good so i reckon he genuinely is feeling more like his old self again. Really hope he doesn't get injured again.
-
Think u probably did better than me too lol but they were a good set of questions. Maybe he wants to give us another 10
-
This will be hard because they know they've already lost their first game but i think their style suits us and they're probably easier to break through than Stoke in all fairness. If we play like we did today, we'll win 3 or 4 nil but we need an early goal to settle down. The longer we go without scoring, we might get anxious and West Brom may smell blood. 3-0 i reckon.
-
Navas Torres Sturridge Pace, power, goals, skill, technique, perfect ages and dominating. I'd love us to go for someone like Jesus Navas.
-
Boy were we crying out for Sturridge today, why did he have to go all dirty in the last game of last season.... Can't wait for our 2 home games coming up, win them and then Unleash Danny

I don't get all these negative marks for Ramires. Positives: 1) AVB should now know that Kalou is shit 2) He would've seen our need for a creative playmaker and a winger 3) We didn't lose 4) We played very well and the pace and intensity was good in the 2nd half 5) Nando is back to his old self 6) Last year they battered us, at least we're not laying down or giving in. This year, we were the dominant force 7) Clean Sheet, great performances from the defence and Cech. 8) still 2 weeks to go to buy someone 9) Stoke (A) is out the way 10) We're off the mark.
-
Thats mega harsh. Ramires was Excellent as were our defence. Those marks are so far off the mark i wonder if u actually watched any of the game. Come on..
-
Wonder if Jt has... nah i wont go there. Kalou... i don't know what else to say about him... he gives nothing, what was Jose thinking signing this guy i just don't get it. Maybe he was ok against VVV or PSV or RKC or ABC whoever the fuck but i dunno how he's stayed here for 5 years. I actually thought Lampard was alright today, he passed well and shoulda had a pen for a good run. meh...... Just wasn't our day.
-
I was impressed with Bosingwa and Mikel today which i didn't think i'd be saying before the match. Malouda and Kalou were probably the reasons we didn't break through today, there just is not the penetration there with them 2. Pity Ivanovic wasn't fit because i swear to god Bosingwa on the right wing with Ivanovic at right back would work a lot better than what's going on now, especially with the current squad. We need someone like Jesus Navas so desperately.
-
He woulda been brilliant in a game like that against Stoke.
-
Feeling a bit angry tbh because we were screwed by a referee. We were excellent in the 2nd half and did absolutely everything but score. That Mark Halsey was obviously wanting Stoke to get something because those penalties were blatant, not just 50/50 but fucking blatant. Maybe even 3 penalties, it brings back memories of Barcelona. No complaints from my team, no complaints from the commitment, just feeling a bit gutted because when you dominate a game so much, you should win it. We are CLEARLY lacking the winger and the creative midfielder but i think it might be addressed after watching this game. If we play like this every week, we can win this premiership.
-
It's ok wanting to play 4-3-3 but you need players for it and we don't. We have the players for 4-4-2 tho so i just don't get it.

Pretty far, it's near Birmingham so about 4 hours by car
