Luiz was good yesterday i thought, he really tried to up the tempo and give some passion but nobody was really with him. He seemed to drift to RB a lot and he did most of his best work from there. He's a bit dodgy in CB at times as shown with JT yesterday so maybe he could be a RB option. Still wish he'd move to midfield tho.

So he's now out the premiership and going to a hopeless french team which in no shape or form will replicate a premiership match. I had great hope for this guy, his Chelsea career is now over without getting a fucking chance. Really would love to know why Owen Coyle didn't use him considering his team is shit and going down. Mad world.

Man Utd didn't spend £50m on Ronaldo tho did they. Ronaldo was just a young talent at 16-17 years of age, Ferguson took a punt and it worked out for them amazingly. He's one of a rare breed that just turn out to be unbelievable. Can't really compare the 2 at all.

If i'm honest, i reckon this awful season could be a good thing in the long run because this hasn't happened to him before. He will learn a hell of a lot from this and if he can get through it and come out the other side, even if it takes a few years, he'll be a much better manager for it. Managers need this for their own experience at times so when or if it happens again, he knows how to deal with it so at least it's came early in his career. I am very unhappy at the way we are, the tempo, the desire, the quality, the form, the performances, the passing speed, the passion and what seems a huge lack of motivation (All of them a lack of btw), the list could go on even more but we have to just try and show him our support because he must be feeling it a bit. This run hopefully has shown him that there is a lot of shit in this squad and in the summer, not now because you can't really overhaul a squad in January but in the summer, changes will be made, players will come and players will go. Now we just need to stick with the players and AVB and help guide them into the top 4. It's not gonna be easy but they need our support and we need to somehow stay positive for them even if we're pissed off.

Can't believe this name keeps cropping up, even when Ancelotti aint our manager any more. Fact is he's very much passed it, he's getting older, he's injury prone and he's lost about 3 yards of pace since 2007. We need a young, quick, creative genius, not a guy who used to be.

What has Hulk actually done to warrant a huge price? The portuguese league is wank, Porto were worse than shit in the Champions League and i've never really heard any amazing words about him. Maybe if the portuguese league was aired a bit more i could see him but he's hardly in Spain or Italy scoring 25 goals a season.

Glad i chose to work instead of watch it. It's gone from the usual away banker to a 50/50. I think we'll win the game because some of wolves home performances have been as bad as ours (especially against QPR). We're better away, we just seem to play much better football away from home. If we play like we did against Newcastle & Tottenham with some fucking tempo we'll get the result we need. Yesterday showed just how much we need a creative midfielder.
-
But the difference is that he'll be earning 10's of thousands a week which is still an unbelievable amount of money, not £150 a week that u can't live on. I don't think he'll struggle to buy a weekly shop on 10k-70k a week.

On a positive note, well done Scotty Sinclair for getting a late equaliser against yido's. Just need Van Persie to break his legs (yes, both to make sure). We're probably now in a battle for 5th with Liverpool. I think i'd rather get 6th to save face so we wont be on the end of Europa League jokes.
-
He has the responsibility to rebuild a big european team in only his 2nd ever full season in management and his first with us. Very tough ask.
-
You get good results when the players are happy. Our players are obviously far from happy. What must Roman be thinking now "Ah shit, £100m aint enough, this guy might need £200m"
-
He's falling out with everyone, he's sacking club legends, he's treating players like shit, he's a stubborn cunt and tbh i don't even care if he gets sacked. His way doesn't work with the players we have. He has a lot of work to do in January and in the summer and if we're still this shit this time next year, good bye AVB. Losing my patience with all of this shit now, transition or not, this is unacceptable and awful.
-
This has been awful. The passing, the tempo, the passionless attitude... just seems like nodody wants to be there. Drogba's celebration was one of 'Thank you and good bye' by the looks of it and it's only Danny Sturridge who looks even slightly interested. Dunno what has happened with this team, maybe they don't like the manager, maybe they just don't like each other, i dunno. Ramires, Meireles, Romeu... Where the fuck is the creativity? Tottenham have players like Bale, Van Der Vaart and Modric. They are a different level and different class to our mob there. Mata is good but lightweight and Sturridge is trying to do everything by himself. We aint gonna win this game, it's just shit.
-
I said Rodwell because i do not like Mikel one bit and for this Fifa fair play stuff, get some good English guys in there. Rodwell is a very good player, not necessarily defensive only either. He's a good English central midfield player.
-
Fernando Torres has scored in his last 2 matchers against Villa THERE'S HOPE!
-
Maybe a tad optimistic
-
Cahill, Adam Johnson, Rodwell, Defoe. that's of course if i had it my way.
-
Quality goal but his one against QPR was better with his right foot. Obviously can use both feet pretty well. Can't believe its hit problems tho, this transfer, i mean.... He's hardly gonna get paid more anywhere else and certainly not at Bolton. I don't think he'd be a greedy bastard tho tbh, media bullshit because it's not Sunday yet.
-
Hardly full of optimism. We're playing an awful, shit, boring McLeish team but this certain team seem to do pretty well against us and we're playing shit atm too. We've drawn 3 in a row, Villa have lost 2 and drawn 1 so it's gonna be cagey, tight, nervy.... think we'll just about sneak it but it wont be pretty.
-
I'm sure he'll come, it's just not January 1st yet so they're making more of it than it is.
-
Good stuff. Guess this means Ivan will be the perma RB. Glad we're not wasting time. What about Luiz tho? Oh and http://www.caughtoffside.com/2011/08/30/arsenal-agree-14m-transfer-fee-with-bolton-for-gary-cahill/ http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/transfer-news/Arsenal-set-for-talks-sign-15m-Juan-Mata-from-Valencia-which-would-clear-way-sell-Cesc-Fabregas-Barcelona-article777078.html That's 2 love it!
-
It's basically the Arsenal, Fabregas situation. If he wants to go back to his boyhood club as a world class established player then good luck to him. As long as he's been great for us and been committed to OUR cause.
-
Even that picture of him against Leicester i'm sure we lost, think that was vialli's last game in charge. What a waster this guy was tho, £10m contract and just did not want to play. He only left Chelsea 7 years ago? wow. We may have Kalou but at least he cares and tries, this cunt is undoubtedly our worst signing and biggest disgrace to ever wear a blue shirt. Glad he's getting fucked for it. Wanker.

1) Forget this pointless KTBFFH crap, we always do anyway, the bottom line is that this was a 100% purely bullshit performance and result and drawing against Wigan and Fulham in the last 3 games is unacceptable. 2) Stockdale made 0 great saves, they were all straight down his fucking throat and we didn't create any great chances, just some pretty shite pot shots. 3) Malouda.... What was that cunt doing with that back heel? Honestly the fuck! 4) Torres.... Goodbye, i've officially had enough. 5) The passing, why was the passing so shit? So many of our moves just broke down with no progress. 6) Strength. Fulham, fucking Fulham out-strengthed us all game, they easily held onto a point and broke down all our moves. We we're as weak as shit in that game. This battle for 3rd and 4th is gonna be very hard for us now. Tottenham & Arsenal are just simply more consistent. There's definitely a lot more pain we're going to endure this season. Hope you guys are ready for it.

On the plus side, Arsenal drew at home to Fulham, Man City drew with Fulham, Liverpool lost to Fulham but ffs this fucking Fulham have just drawn at home to Odense whilst 2-0 up and lost at home to Man Utd 5-0. I'll accept 4th as long as Arsenal are 5th. I'd accept 5th if Arsenal are 6th.
