Marin Sturridge Malouda Ramires Mata Hazard Lampard Essien Mikel De Bruyne Benayoun Meireles Romeu (Hulk Dembele Fellaini Modric) Don't think they will all come but what if they did? Malouda and Essien wont play anyway but they are still here, i worry for a few of the lads like Sturridge, seems like it could be over for him already. De Bruyne and Marin must be a bit anxious too.

Does Brandan Rodgers really know how to sign a big player though? I mean i can't see Liverpool going anywhere under Rodgers. Swansea played good football with average players that doesn't mean Liverpool will do the same and he wasn't exactly playing the greatest stuff with Reading or Watford. We need our young players to come through and yes it is indeed worrying but Josh needs to go on loan and actually play 20 games for a team. Brendan did us no favours last season by leaving him out of like every game. When i saw the threat title i was thinking he had joined Liverpool with Brendan lol i was like "wonder if Liverpool have just bought McEachran for £21m?!"

Hazard has been a hell of a lot more hyped than Mata so maybe he is £8m better? But anyway, player's don't get bought because of their valuation, they are brought in at how much their club will let them go for. Mikel is gonna be the man now, he was the best player in the UCL final, i only gave it to Drogba because of the impact he had but Mikel was the best player on the pitch and i've never been his biggest fan. Mikel will grow now, his Chelsea career properly started last season from when we beat Barca 1-0. The UCL Semi's and Final were where his position would be most threatened, he had the most important job over the 3 games and he became a man. He's just nailed his spot and stopped the Fellaini interest imo. We still have Essien if things get desperate, Mikel will play the bulk of games but Essien can still do a job against the likes of West Ham etc.

We're trying to build a big squad to cover injuries and the work load, when we had that spell of like 10 games in 22 days or whatever, we had to play the likes of Kalouda and even in the UCL we were absolutely fucked, just somehow we won the trophy with possibly the weakest UCL Final line up in history. Next season, we'll be playing lots of games, the squad depth is imperative and i'm sure Roman took last season into account how demanding it was for the players. I can only see Dembele being a squad player like Essien, Marin and Meireles.
