We are cl winners. Who they want to join ? Edessaikos ?
-
We lost Haaland through a series of unfortunate coincidences. If Kylian Mbappe is to leave PSG we must sign him.
-
The truth about Tuchel is he was a bit confused with the many changes in the team and the problem of Kante's absence due to his injury at the same time. He was going to put things right (by as much as it is possible) but he was offed. Potter is another very good manager but he has to find his way around the same problems.

Ok, he made that run in the cl final and pushed the ball into the empty net. Great - history, but his overall contribution ? It's his third year now. Also Pulisic schooled the entire Real Madrid defense but again his overall contribution is not great, or they would n't have transfer listed him. To tell you the truth when Havertz was about to join Chelsea I watched him in a Leverkusen match and I was not impressed. Well, he did n't look like the cream of Europe to me.
-
Pulisic is always trying his best but he 's not achieving much against strong premier league defenses. Havertz is just a little bit better than Werner.
-
City with Haaland ok. They would.
-
Brentford played well but that's not the point. In the last minute of the first half how did Havertz go down ? Simple lesson in Physics: I stand on both feet and you try to push me - you can't unless you do some real big action. I stand on one leg (like Havertz as he was making his run) and you push me again - a little shove and I 'm on the floor. Also we fielded a depleted side.
-
Half the team were substitutes. Denied var check for the last one ! Is var turned off in the last minute of a game ?
-
Cucurella's shot would have no chance - RLC skied it. Then it looked like a pen on Havertz,

British polls are lot more volatile compared to other countries. Hence 1969, 1974 and other elections. Starmer will be just a new dose of a Frank O' Farrel.

Brexit is the equivalent of Man United. Any brexit prime minister has the lifetime expectancy of a lettuce.

If we don't hit another wall, we are about to level peg with City. Will Arenal go the way of Brighton ?
-
Klopp red carded.
-
He was not the last man so it was the referee's own decision to go for a straight red. It was a clear professional foul though - Tomori placed Mount under arrest like the lawyers do when serving writs. But I don't know what the rules say about professional fouls in such a sensitive area.
-
Law and order reinstated. I wonder why the Milanese say Tomori should n't 've been red carded.

One man makes the difference, lost by us in some lamentable fashion. Surely we ought to strike back, otherwise what business do we do ? As for De Bruyne we beat him with Werner, Alonso and co.

No solution ? Me neither. But I found out that if I tap the TAB key twice then the Submit always works.

Good result + performance. Now only 7 pts behind City with match in hand (Spurs will die and Arsenal rather than not). But something must be donw to really catch up with City.

Before Potter we were playing Lampard wall football. I don't know how TT became a sucker. Uncharacteristic of him and his statement aftter the Leeds game "we played well" was a big mistake.
-
I believe we are going to win in Milan. Kepa was a spectator today for 91 minutes - only that thing saved by Chilwel in the end.
-
Good result - we looked like Chelsea. Now we are second in the group one point behind Salzburg and Dynamo seem to be the weakest.

But they did not invite queen Sophia. This stadium should have been inaugarated by queen Sophia who inaugerated the old stadium in 1962 accompanied by Don Juan. At least at 7.35'' - the priest says the correct psalm "gift victories to the kings", not the silly "gift victories to the faithful". Lord save your people and bless your heritage gifting victories to the kings against the barbarians and guarding your regime by the cross

One of Europe's most iconic sports arenas opens it's gates today. The match is AEK v. Ionikos, 18.00 UK time.

Lucky break in the betting yesterday. Backed L'pool against Brighton draw or away and doubled with Atalanta. As Brighton went 2-0 up and as the match ended in a draw, both the away case and the draw case counted as wins. Then I had to watch Atalanta's match yesterday against Fiorentina. Atalanta won by 1-0 but my reason for writing this is that I really liked their long ball system. They 're not something special like Real Madrid but they have fast forwards who can withstand some tough marking plus the long passing they do reminds of Cesc. It's the system CFC has to adopt now I think.
