Can't be. If he was a deep centre forward or someone in Didier's role you might expect from him, even under the conditions relating to the rest of the team. Hazard is essentially a forward-playmaker.

I don't understand the venom against Hazard that has developed of late. He is the only one who plays football. The number one useless is Diego Costa I 'm afraid. He plays with his shins. There is no fix. I saw the writing on the wall - age. Bearing in mind the costs I called for a moderate enhancement and see where that takes us. It did n't happen.
