This Belgium squad is incredibly talented. Arguably the golden generation for them. Do you really want a coach who's proving himself to coach them? Or a proven world class coach? He's gotten them this far, but it seems this is about as far as he can go. At some point they are going to have to decide if he has the tools and tactical knowledge to get them further. I, along with everyone one else on here, have seen Wilmots make countless stupid lineup decisions, formation decisions, and substitutions in matches. Too many to count, he's no better than Hodgson, just lucky enough to get an extremely talented squad.
