Absolute world class player for first couple seasons up to his injury's - looked good for Madrid - too fast for him in the PL - italy's a good move! Goodluck to the Bison, hopefully gets into coaching/management cant remember if hes done anything like that (badges etc)

ive met juan a few times in person - really cool guy - my heart sank when the news got about tbh. Probably one of the best players ability wise we've had, Also very level headed and the type to stay in the headlines for the right reasons. Juan Mata was the epitome of a modern day footballer. My main gripe with the sale is A) Why cant a tactical master like moe use a 40M player and B Why man utd? - In 6months time Juan mata would of still been roughly worth the same amount - he wont get many games at the wc so its not like that could have much effect... I have a feeling the story is actually much more important than a lot think - Shame we will probably never know the real reasons. All you can do is thank the guy tbh.
