  1. Chalobah playing in the starting XI ahead of Mudryk and Sterling. I'm tired of this nonsense. We could be playing 3 5 1 1 or something similar, but formation aside, Poch should be embarrassed by his choice, especially considering the opposition.
  2. Not to all, thankfully. If there's any weight to the comments his brother made in the past, this is probably payback in its own way.
  3. I highly doubt it will be. Even if it's changed to a year or two, though, his career hasn't been the same since he left Juve. When will players learn that the grass isn't always greener elsewhere?
  4. I see the chance you're referring to. He had two noteworthy opportunities to end the game either side of that point, but I suppose a player of a higher level of GK is more aware. Mudryk's goal tonight was almost identical to Gallagher's attempt, which struck the post. Fine margins are the difference between failure & glory.
  5. All I can think of is - what might have been had Gallagher done the same thing on Sunday? Leicester awaits in the next round. We'll probably struggle again.
  6. I still can't believe a decent stint for a relegated French side has earnt this much time at the club. A host of Italian clubs would take him for peanuts.
  7. No clue with dumb & dumber making decisions. There's still thirteen league games left, so pride and playing to finish somewhere respectable is to play for.
  8. Are we playing for PK's again? If we don't actually wake up, we're conceding a third to knock us out.
  9. Mudryk and Gusto have probably been our best players. Madueke should take note.
  10. I just don't understand the thinking from either the coward on the bench or the players. They have notable limitations, so why are they trying to play like prime Barcelona!?
  11. How many warnings do you need? Utter joke
  12. The sad truth. He never seems to take accountability or acknowledge when the opposition are clearly better than us.
  13. That might be a stretch, but they certainly would have won it against the side Liverpool fielded. The standard is one thing, the cost is another. If we're spending that much on perceived "gems", we're doom for the foreseeable.
  14. Your guess is as good as mine. Our real chance of winning was within 120 mins. That reasoning is just a cop-out.
  15. That's the mindset of a coward who should have no place at this club. He took Gallagher and Jackson off, which had a massive bearing too. Poor finishing or not, he's paid to make the RIGHT changes, and once again this season, he's failed to do the basics.
  16. Most do have a personality, though. Poch is completely lifeless; unfortunately, it's rubbed off even more on the majority of our team.
  17. As has been said in the past, most teams are a carbon copy of their manager. Just at the stark difference between the two in the dugout. At some point, we need to stop highlighting effort alone as a positive. Gallagher gave everything compared to Enzo, but he also missed (I'll be generous) two sitters that would have killed the game off in normal time. Just imagine this forum during the mid 2000's.
  18. And pigs might fly one day, You're probably right. Before going off to concentrate on their other franchise.
  19. If you take everything into consideration, this has to be our worse loss in a Cup final. Poch had his chance, and it went exactly how a number of us expected. The owners are at Wembley, so we can live in hope that they'll make the right decision for a change.
  20. You honestly can't be serious about that? If the XI currently on the field is better than ours player for player, we might as well shut up shop.
  21. No PK's to worry about. Only chance for them to score would be a set piece.
  22. We look worse defensively. Just hoofing it long when there's no presence whatsoever.
