I was really pleased at the start of the season when there was talk of Lunin potentially being offered as part of the of the payment for Kepa. The former has solidified his place as RM's number 1 now, so that's not happening (I'm not sure if you left him out for that reason).
Inter are "bang average?"
The players I mentioned performed well for a side that has been regulars in either the EL or CL in recent seasons. If they'd joined us, I'm sure they'd have been sufficient additions rather than a number of the recent expensive acquisitions.
Atalanta has had some great potential buys for a few seasons now (Mahele, Muriel, Gosens, to name a few). Koopmeniners, Ederson, & Scalvini look the most interesting out of their current bunch.
Watkins is another good option. Goals shouldn't be an issue.
We can only hope this sort of nonsense won't happen again now that he's finally been vocal and taken a stance.
Players fighting on the pitch ahead of a cup semi is nothing to worry about....
It shows there's no discipline at all. Poch isn't going to do diddly squat. He'll probably gloss over it during the post match interview as well.
Did you not see him fighting to take another one more recently (might have been in the FA Cup).
He has no backbone. Talk of Poch being disciplinary during his time at Southampton, but there's clearly no sign of that here.
Another issue with having only one CF.
I still can't believe Jackson, of all people, was fighting to take a PK. He was hiding when Senegal needed him in Ivory Coast.
I'm definitely going to reserve judgement for another season or two (if we're lucky), but talk of him being their De Bruyne could actually be true.
It's crazy to think he has a real possibility of winning the golden boot, too. Who said we need a striker? 😄
I hate to break it to you, but I'm sure that's exactly who it will be. The board loves "exciting prospects" and seems to completely ignore the here & now in their thinking.
There was talk about us being linked to Nagelsmann again. Enough of this project nonsense; it is becoming embarrassing.
Echoing what Lucio said, I don't think he chose them specifically. I'd imagine a few EPL were interested in him, and seeing as Forrest likes to throw money around, they offered the most, and the rest is history.
A quick search said both Milan sides were interested in him. Let's not forget about the rumoured Barcelona interest.
For arguments sake, they were all interested in him, including both Portuguese giants; it doesn't take a football fanatic to know where he'd most likely play the most.
