It wouldn't be surprising (Arab Cup is taking place in a matter of days). They postponed it early this year, so the changes of them doing it again will be very slim unless things get drastically worse in the next month.

Who should they take places from in that case? Qualification in CAF is already a joke and has gotten worse. They were top of our group prior to kick-off, so they haven't faired too bad in Europe.

You could use a number of superlatives to describe that performance. Almost perfect & that was without three of our main attackers. We are playing some of the best football I've seen at the club in my lifetime, with everyone chipping in, especially upfront. Top spot in our hands now.

Agreed. The generalisation is something I was getting at; judge each player on their own merit. I think that has become an issue in the last decade or so. I guess the overall lack of quality has a lot to do with that.
