I was going to mention that almost every player has their price, but we aren't in dire need or are after starters.

Maehle or Gosens (presume the former)? I think either of them would be good additions to our squad, but I doubt Atalanta would consider selling.

My response to the other poster was about us being in a better position had we not slipped up multiple times & gone from 6 points clear to this. Our current situation in terms of league play isn't far off last season right now.

Not sure if you're talking about our collapse of sorts or what I wrote. If the latter, there's no way anyone was pleased with that XI.

I didn't want him to start either, but Tuchel selected him, so get on with things. This mess is solely thanks to the board yet again.

A number of players have been hopeless & Alonso/Sarr on the left is horrific. Need a massive improvement in the second half.

I'm not expecting Tuchel to repeat what he did at the Bridge by essentially self-sabotaging. Hoping we give City a game, as they are susceptible to teams being direct. I think it will be a score draw which would probably be acceptable for both sides considering the situation, but it would be great to win away again.

We aren't wasting money & putting ourselves in a hole with another backup option, so I understand it despite being quite surprised. Alonso was always going to remain first choice IMO.
