He's led us from the Europa League and only 3pts clear of Spurs in 5th to a CL semi final, a probable CL 1/4 final this year (and maybe more), top of the table by a distance and without the campaign against us we'd be like 15pts clear ATM. He's been brilliant and I for one would like him to sign on for the foreseeable future. Even if by some miracle we don't win anything this year (we will) just like I said at the start of the season he is evolving our team fantastically and we are very close to becoming a true force. We're by far the best team in the PL and he's managed that with a net spend of around £0.

I like him, he's a very good player. Not as much better than Cahill as some would have you believe though... I like him but if we're going to get a CB i'd rather get a truly world class one to replace JT and play with Zouma at the heart of our defence, with Cahill and Kalas/Christensen as 3rd and 4th choice. Feasible world class CBs IMO: Hummels or Varane Others that could be world class in the near future: Marquinhos, I Martinez or Laporte So for me, Hummels or Varane. One of the other 3 if neither are gettable and we fancy a risk and JT has another year in him.

It's very confusing. Here we have Private schools and State schools, private being the one not run by the government and that you pay fees for. But Public school is an old style word for Private school too. Very confusing I know. Spoilt. That's what you all are. Do you want us to play kids in the first team? Do you want us to play attractive attacking football? Do you want us to abide by FFP and spend little money to get better players? Do you want us to win trophies? I personally want to win trophies most. As that is what will stand the test of time in history and will give the fans something to celebrate. For those of your that want 3/4 of them, pull your heads out of your arse, it's simply not plausible that we can suddenly morph into a team that can win everything with awesome attacking without spending any money and playing kids when 2 years ago we were in the damn Europa League and the season before we finished 6th! Grow up, judge Jose at the end of the season for how many trophies we have won and how well we have played over the course of the season. Of those options above we are fulfilling the last 2 and the 2nd will come in time I imagine. But if we ever manage to achieve any 3 of those 4 at once it will be an absolutely monumental effort by Jose, the board and our players.

He just can't do it because there is no space (especially in a game like today when the other team played 3 CDMs). Tibo is a fantastic goalkeeper, and Veratti is a little fuckpig.

Matic has always been my favourite. Tibo is one of my favourites, next on the list .

Chelsea away against the traditional big teams this season (Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool, Man City, Everton, Spurs): Played 6, scored 14. That's also ~2.3 goals a game. EDIT: I know what you're saying, but would you rather Mou's clever away tactics where we draw 1-1 or Rodgers' mental away tactics where you win 1 game 3-1 then lose 3-2 and 2-1?

My girlfriend (also a Chelsea fan, albeit newish to the fold) saw his post over my shoulder as I was replying and asked "How can someone who supports a team be that negative about them? Especially when they're playing so well this year?". I had no idea what to say tbh....

Matic is our most important player IMO and my favourite Chelsea player. But I think at the moment i'd say Hazard, purely because of his outstanding consistency in games. Even when he doesn't get assists or goals, he creates so much in the games and is involved in some way or another in almost every goal we score. He's now our best player without doubt and could well be in that level of players behind Ronaldo and Messi who are truly world class. He was great last year and his improvement to this year has been outstanding. IMO: 1st - Hazard 2nd - Matic 3rd - Costa 4th - Fabregas 5th - Courtois

Can you promise me one thing? If we win this and score 2+ goals will you promise to stop moaning before every game about our supposedly defensive tactics? It's getting boring. We have scored 86 goals in 38 games this season so far. That's ~2.3 goals a game. Just FYI.

PSG aren't that dangerous tbh. Cavani is good and Zlatan is... the Zlatan and can pull out magic if he fancies it. But i'm not as worried about them as I was last year and we're much much better this year. Hopefully pull off a tight 1-0 or 2-1 win away from home, would take a 1-1 or 2-2 draw. We'll smash them to bits at the Bridge, can't wait for this!!!
