Someone will then make way, atm it looks like Oscar. I think Oscar needs to be really careful now, especially if he is drained to death after WC and starts next season in terrible form like atm then he might become another Mata.
-
The thing with Torres is that he is now so hopelessly low on confidence that he can't even hold the ball for more than 5 secs anymore, he will try to dribble past the player and lose the ball.
-
Oh yeah then nothing to worry about we were just talking if he wants to leave because his wife or whatever reason then he can go.
-
What excites me is the squad for next season: Cech or Courtois Ivan/Dave Terry Cahill/Zouma/Ivan if Shaw is signed Dave/Shaw Matic Ramires/Lampard Salah/Schurrle Oscar/Willian Hazard Costa or Mandzukic or Martinez or Cavani/Eto'o Up there with the very best in Europe and would give anyone a match.
-
Ba probably would have got into the scoring act for us in this match so there is a better option than him imo
-
Exactly. Actually the mentality of ''we ain't gonna sell no matter what even if the player demands'' if for small teams or teams like Arsenal. If the player don't want to be here then so be it, get his value money then he can go. But people know why top players hardly ever left us? Because there are virtually like 4 teams better than us in Europe. Madrid, Barca and Bayern. Maybe now PSG at a stretch but even that is debatable.

If we ever play a false 9 again...I am gonna lose it
-
I know he isn't performing well but where do you get that suspicion from? imo yes he is tired but suggesting it is actually a long term problem is far fetched
-
Team MUST BE THIS: Cech Iva Terry Cahill Dave Luiz Lampard Schurrle Wilian Hazard Eto'o/Torres But if Torres starts that is half of our chance gone already, Oscar must also be no where near starting 11

Hopeless, just absolutely hopeless. This is probably the easiest match left for him to score in the rest of the season and he fucked it up. ''Tried hard and worked hard'' again but that is not good enough. If he starts on Tue our chance is as good as gone.
-
Oscar on the bench on Tue for me too
-
Look that way yeah wasn't he ruled out for like 3 weeks after that Arsenal game, maybe next week would be the last week he is out
-
We are gonna be doing this on Tue against PSG. ALL OUT ATTACK FROM THE 1ST MIN TO UNTIL WHEN WE GET THAT 2ND1/3RD goal
-
Great work and it shows that he can actually finish. Just that it doesn't happen often enough, once he got that part right he will be worth £30m like we paid.
-
Jesus people want him to play against PSG despite being terrible against Stoke?
-
Salah boss mode in this match
-
Fastest player in our team?
-
Doesn't matter, £100m+ and he can go for all I care. No one is unsellable here.
-
You know it never works that way, just because you have Hazard on the left, CR7 up top, Di Maria in the middle and Bale on the right it means it will be fluid unstoppable football. It doesn't work like that, there will ALWAYS be teams out there who will find a way to stop them, always. No one, no matter how many good players in the team can become unbeatable. And since they are practically pissing over 17 others BBVA teams anyway, he will be signed for the CL only. Now the question is if Madrid or whoever comes up with £100-£150m for him, can we refuse? No. So I think he might as well stay here if he wants to become a legend one day(potential) or go to play for that 'dream club' and just become another Bale. Yh it is good he will probably win league titles every 2-3 years but so what? is this worth it and just be a 'part' of it or would you want to be the STAR of the team? Also if you put Ba in Barca team now he would also be on around 20 goals right now, the amount of tapping in for Barca/Madrid are insane because BBVA isa joke of a defense for most teams.

He can't have faith in him because he doesn't know him well enough to warrant putting his future in his hands(he doesn't score enough, we don't win enough, Mou get sacked). Faith is like with Lampard, Cole earlier this season where players have done thing to at least warrant faith. I agree he really hasn't done anything wrong, but I think that pen against Munich was the final straw for Jose. He was about to beat possibly 1 of the best squad in football history with an underdog Chelsea team on his 1st official big game back in charge then a last min winner and a lame last pen took it away from him. I think he is still hating Lukaku for that(just my thought). You can't have everything you want right? City could have had Hazard and lot of other players that would make them pretty much unbeatable by now, but they aren't and won't be. Madrid can sign all the Bale and Di Maria in the world, there will always be Hazard and David Silva left for other teams to sign. So the bottom line is if we sign 2 fairly young(26 or younger) top class strikers to lead our line and they do well here, I guess Lukaku can go. The whole Chelsea fan thing doesn't really mean much imo, it is a bit shame as we all had high expectations for him. Beef with Jose as I said above. he already said he WILL NOT BE A SUB. Loud and clear when he demanded to get loan out. Surely we must see that? Jose didn't force him out, he wanted out.

Players underachieving at the Chels
duo11bluecl replied to BlueLyon's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
1. The approach. It is very different to play around with the likes of Neymar and Hulk instead of Schurrle and Torres. Obviously the player need the system to accommodate them. 2. The mentality. Some of the player play for teams that don't defense at all, they are so good they just attack attack and attack like Brazil, Germany, Spain. This leads to the player having obviously more freedom to express themselves compared to our when we are ready to park the bus against Basel. 3. The manager. Changing managers continuously doesn't help, 1 man favorite is another man bitch. Sturridge and us painfully found this out with AVB/RDM and now Lukaku will find out in the summer with Jose when he is going to be sold, maybe same with Courtois. Kevin and Mata already experienced the full effect of this. 4. Expectations. Oscar is finding this out now. It doesn't matter if you score 10 goals up until Xmas, you are nothing if you have a slight drop in form as the season wear on. This isn't WC or Euro where you play 3-4 weeks, putting in best performances and then go on a long summer break. This is a long season, where just because you beat Arsenal 6-0 doesn't mean you will beat a potential relegation team the same next week. It just doesn't work like that, unlike with national team where Spain can keep on winning against the likes of Chile, Sweden when the matches are played on average 3-4 months between them. -
The only chance, slightly chance he is ever gonna have that last chance is if we haven't sign Costa/top class ST by WC time. Then unless he scores like 5-10 goals and Belgium at least get to semi, his career here is over. Right now it is 98% over.

Sell Hazard and use that money to sign Cavani+Vidal+Gritzeman? Yh I would do that. If it means we get around £150m for him.
