  1. Only 'problem' next season if he stays is that he is on like £150k atm. Cannot afford that for a back up
  2. Malouda treatment to a near £200k per week player lol...that will be lowest of the low for both him and the club
  3. Most overrated thing in the world, 1st season back in CL after ages for us in 2003 guess where we ended up? Guess who we knocked out in 04-05? Guess who Porto beat in Jose's last season in charge? It means fa really, Ibra, Silva, Cavani, Thiago Motta...etc all have experience and know about it, just because the club hasn't went on a amazing run in Europe for a long time doesn't mean they don't know how to do it. I am sure we probably will but people are underestimating a team with 2 player the best in the world in their positions.
  4. It doesn't really matter, it was always gonna be either him or Balotelli or Cavani for us. Who else would be available? Even then Cavani is probably not so only those 2 and I know who Jose prefers...Both are cunts but 1 always work hard, 1 works whenever he wants.
  5. or MU or Man City or Barcelona or Real Madrid or whoever got many top strikers over the years... The problem with us is that we always spend the money on wrong players at wrong time that doesn't fit our system, Drogba was the only success. For example if we signed Falcao in 2012, Cavani last summer, Suarez in 2011...etc they would all be banging them in for us now.
  6. David Luiz+ £30m for him after world cup please especially if he knocks us out.
  7. Obviously lol their strongest team. Maybe Lucas instead of Cavani because he is better out wide but then if they are chasing they will bring him on. Even if someone in their CM are injured, they just bring in Cabaye. Maybe VDW at RB too.
  8. Then Madrid win the treble and there we go...also back in the days Milan an aging team was dominating Europe, yep not having the likes of Ronaldo or whoever, they actually won the fricking thing with Inzaghi and Crespo. With a 39 years old Maldini and countless aging players like Seedorf, Nesta...etc. If he win another CL he will be considered one of the best in history, let alone the world. But the same could apply to Jose and Pep.
  9. It is something WE WILL HAVE TO DO, this season is the last 'transition' at the club, if the club mess up next season and don't challenge then Roman would be looking at the sacking of Jose. No excuse anymore, we will have a top class striker leading the line and a great squad that can beat anyone. The thing is Hazard might want to go to those 3 teams I mentioned not because of titles or CL but rather the NAME. And believe me nothing we can do will ever make sure we compete with that, unless we start building 100k seats stadiums or winning 3 CL in next 6 years or something.
  10. Ah yeah I suppose you are right in a sense, I think CR7 was just messing around with them anyway to ensure he became world's best paid player. The only 3 clubs bigger or better than us atm that even our own players would want to go to are Real, Barca and Bayern and even they are pretty stocked imo. Madrid just will not spend £100m on Hazard anytime for the next 5 years because even if Bale fails massively, they just can't spend £100m on 1 player to replace him again. Bayern you could argue with Ribery and Robben not really that young, but are they ever gonna pay £100m+ for him? Not for me, not for 1 player anyway. Barca you could argue yes but they are getting a bit trouble with big money signings lately and who knows what might be the consequence when it eventually reach the boiling point, maybe even Europe exclusion and players might start leaving(a bit far fetched I know) Maybe PSG but then I think Hazard would stay with us over them. So imo he deserves a new contract and should be getting 1, just not at the moment because it would disrupt the season, maybe after we win the league in May he could.
  11. Of course he can't, but then so would Sir Alex, Jose, Carlo and any world class manager in the world nowadays. Obviously you need players that suit you as well, would be hard for Jose for example if his wingers were Mata and someone like say Rosicky, basically people who can't run and his team would be much less effective. If Pep's team with CM of Fellaini, Cleverley, Mikel...etc his team will again struggle to follow his style. Only Carlo would most likely be comfortable because he really got various tactics that suit the players and not just 1 abeit really effective style like Jose and Pep, but even he won't make those teams world beaters. So if you talk about flexiblity Carlo is the best imo, defensively Jose, attacking and controlling matches then Pep. The thing also is that Jose is a great motivator, Pep just recently came out and said he left Barca because he couldn't do that with them anymore so sometime too many egos WILL CAUSE HIM PROBLEMS. Jose on the other hand sometime go to extreme level of defending his team no matter the situation, which is great for the team but sometime ugly from the outside. Carlo on the other hand is the perfect mix, but imo sometime he is too quiet and don't complain often, meaning sometime big decisions would most likely go against his team, but rarely anyway.
  12. http://msn.foxsports.com/soccer/story/dortmund-defender-schmelzer-to-miss-champions-league-quarterfinal-032014 Fucking hell Dortmund are severely crippled aren't they. So that is Subotic, Schmelzer, Bender, Gundogan, Lewandowski, Kuba out of either 1st or both legs. Surely they and MU got to be the weakest left? Strongest or hardest draws would be Real, Bayern and Atletico. Best controlled team, best attacking team and best defensive team. Barca we can beat, PSG as well but they got world class players.
  13. He still got a few years left with us^^^^ even if PSG or Madrid come in now we can demand £150m easily so new contract isn't gonna matter that much, no need to make him sign that yet. Even Madrid only signed new contract with Ronaldo this season even though he scored like 50 goals every year since he joined. Reward is right but now is not the time, especially since we haven't actually achieve or winning anything yet.
  14. No because he actually still help us make money atm with shirt sale as much as I hate him and want him out as soon as possible we arem't gonna go to that extreme and with right reason. Torres+ £20m for Costa, maybe £25m if they somehow manage to agree wages with him would be a good deal for both side imo. Essentially if we take like Matic-Luiz context Costa would cost around £75m lol
  15. ^^^ hmm I don't know Luiz in straight away after sometime out would be a bit risky but then again Lampard isn't really that much better despite being fully fit anyway. Agreed with rest though, maybe Salah could be on at half time if Schurrle or Oscar being a passage by half time.
  16. Tbf just because you are at a top team doesn't mean you are guaranteed success, look at Moyes atm. And I see where you are coming from he managed Barca and Bayern, 2 of the 3 best teams in the world. But imo his tactic is great, passing and controlling matches. It is not a coincidence that Bayern are now dominating possession almost every match now and not as direct anymore. Well Jose really hasn't been at a underdog team since Porto or Inter days imo. Inter then had like 6 players in team of the year later that year so you could also argue they are really not that bad of a squad but he helped them to go to that next world class level. But again it is all subjective I suppose, opinions at the end of the day. All 3 are fantastic and would love any of them manage us so in a sense we are lucky to have 1 of the best manager in the world.
  17. We want Real Madrid, expect a Jose master class against them.
  18. It is crazy how all 8 teams are insanely strong on paper though... every single team got top 10 players in their position in the world in their team. Real Madrid: obvious Bayern: obvious Barca: obvious us: obvious PSG: obvious MU: RVP, Rooney are still world class Atletico: Costa, Felipe, Courtois Dortmund: Hummels, Lewandowski, Gundogan Remember just a few years ago when we had the likes of Lyon, Bordeaux, Inter, Fiorentina and others making noise around Europe. Remember when Bayern barely scraped past Fiorentina thanks a Robben wonder goal, when Lyon some how made it to semi final of fricking CL and beating Madrid comfortably with the 2nd leg at Bernabeu. When Bayern was terrible and got fucked over by Barca 4-0. When Bordeaux with Chamakh, Gourcuff went to QF, Villarreal was actually quite good and QF, shit those were the days... Now look like PSG are on the up and MU/Dortmund is on the decline again. The only team that have been consistently good in CL are Barca for the last 10 years, the rest had their up and down moments. Fuck me remember when Roma was stronger than Madrid and beat them in both legs. Unthinkable stuff now isn't it. And the thing is it isn't even ancient history but only like 4-5 years ago. Fucking hell even Arsenal would be used to getting to semi finals then.
  19. Yh because they are gonna do a Chelsea 2012 with that terrible defence and with RVP probably out for the rest of the season now...
  20. The worst case we get 2 Madrid or Bayern, what do you think our approach would be? If at home 1st leg MUST MUST MUST SCORE a goal, maybe a 1-0 win but a draw is ok too. Then the 2nd leg if they have scored we will need to do a City at Barca or Arsenal at Bayern earlier this season but parking the plane is a possibility too. I hope Bayern follow that passing formula Barca did in 2012 continuously until team open up, because we never will under Jose.
  21. But he is still overrated remember? hahahaha fickle fans. He might not be worth like 40m+ like people are saying but anything less than 25m for this dude is a steal for Brazilian's regular attacker, he is capable of scoring 20-30 goals every year if he got the right system and team.
  22. Someone is bound to get it right, it is not like there are infinite possibilities haha and PSG vs MU=Red fucked. Ibra and Cavani raping that shit defence...
  23. Yep me too their best team against us would probably be without Gundogan, Bender, Subotic and of course no Gotze compared to last season. Also Kuba as well, I would really fancy us and Jose this time. Still prefer MU though, we are not Olympiacos, we are going to take our chances and will not be that shit in defence or attack, probably 2-0 at home and 1-1 away. Atletico would actually be a nightmare, best defence in Europe atm.
  24. Imagine us vs Pep again or Carlo. If we win Jose would prove HE IS THE BEST MANAGER IN THE WORLD. Atm I would say he is 2nd ahead of Carlo and behind Pep.
