  1. They would love to keep him Sam but you have to think of it financially from Valencia's point of view. They are hugely ridden with debt, and they could be forced to sell, which is a plus for us if we're planning to sign him. Of course, the only negative aspects to the sale, is that, because they are debt-ridden, they'll want to squeeze every million they can get for him, considering his high profile as a player (£30-35 million max), which I reckon is way too much, and the more his price goes up, the better the chances of Manchester City getting hold of him, regardless of his interest in Chelsea. And didn't Ron Gourlay say at the end of the season... "we won't be competing with anyone for players in the market!" Money talks!
  2. perfect Joe Cole replacement then. Gobbi Benayoun can go screw himself. Silva and Aguero this summer please
  3. I honestly don't think he is good enough to play in the Premier league at all to be honest. If Blackburn can't find a place for him, then he almost certainly doesn't have a chance with us. I reckon a move to Italy would be better for him
  4. After we sign Aguero I'll agree with this...
  5. goal.com is probably the best site... ...for posting such shit!! it's probably not true
  6. He's got a point there! If we signed Schweinsteiger, and get rid of two ageing players in Ballack and Deco, we could almost certainly reduce the average age of our squad. Furthermore, he's a natural right sided player, who we've been looking for since SWP left the club. My only real concerns are; it could disrupt my hopes of us signing Aguero, and how will Anelka, who's just signed a new deal with us, get into the starting XI next season?
  7. This has to be said: is someone trying to sniff Carrager's arse in that picture?? maybe Torres is seen out of the picture!
  8. Chelsea are closing on a £6.5million deal to sign Liverpool midfielder Yossi Benayoun. Sportsmail revealed Chelsea's interest last month but Anfield sources said the fee had yet to be finalised. Former Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez was reluctant to sell Benayoun to Chelsea for anything less than £10m and had a £7.5m offer on the table from CSKA Moscow. However, the Israeli international was reluctant to go to Russia and had set his heart on Stamford Bridge. He has now provisionally agreed to join the Premier League champions on a four year contract with an option for a further year. Benayoun is on holiday in Israel but wants to fly to London later this week to complete the formalities and undergo a medical. ----------------------------- Source:- The Daily Mail ----------------------------- Out Joe Cole, Ballack, Stoch (best talent we have) In Benayoun Someone shoot me in the face please I can't stand this
  9. he's a really talented player, very young as well. But Arsenal are also after him, and Ron Gourlay said he wouldn't compete with anyone.
  10. FUCK...SAKE... does ths fucking football club ever learn anything??..... seriously :censored:
  11. What if we don't land Aguero though? do Chelsea feel that they have the resources to finance his wages every week?? I'd say it's the only real reason I would kindly agree to the dispatching of Joe Cole and Michael Ballack. Still, I would love to have seen Aguero, Stoch and Kakuta working things in the Chelsea side, but it's not going to happen now Stoch's been sold. To be honest, us signing Aguero is on the exact same wavelength as us trying to sign Pato, Atletico want Aguero to stay on, just like Milan want to keep hold of Pato. We'd look like right red-faced cunts if we couldn't sign Aguero after selling Stoch, and just to rub salt in the wounds, sign Benayoun for a measely £3 million.
  12. WHAT THE HELL?? SERIOUSLY.... WHAT THE FUCKING HELL??! Have Chelsea Football Club gone completely MAD?? This is why our club has so many flaws in producing talent, because we just get rid of them and bring in old players, I really wanted Stoch to stay and prove his worth, and the World Cup would have been perfect for him, but they couldn't bloody wait until the end of the World Cup could they?? I hope to god above we get Aguero now!! Cause if they bring in Benayoun and noone else I seriously believe we won't retain the league next season.
  13. yadda yadda yadda next please!!
  14. I'm waking up to this??? This is absolutely disgusting! For Ballack, I would have probably expected him to leave us because I wasn't too sure if he cut it well, particularly the season just gone. He was useful to us but nowhere near a decent player, he's 33 and for him to leave, I was partly expecting it. For Joe however, Fucking pathetic! I would have expected Chelsea to have at least thought about releasing him after the World Cup, not before there being a chance of him having an exceptional world cup for England. I think it's poor management of our players. Not only that, it's a big English homegrown loss for the Champions League. Unless we're lining up an "english" replacement. In conclusion, worst piece of news to wake up to! Gutted right now!

  16. it's such a shame really, that we could be losing a quality English player to Arsenal "of all clubs", we could be in deep trouble with UEFA next season if we enter the Champions League with not enough home grown players, unless of course, we decide to include some young English players to make up for it. Just fucking don't bring in Benayoun....PLEASE!!!!!!
  17. The list of big sagas regarding our top players over three summers.... Summer 2008: Frank Lampard -> Inter Milan Summer 2009: John Terry -> Manchester City Summer 2010: Joe Cole -> Arsenal ....fo some reason I feel deja vu
