I will say this though... if Carlo reckons that having faith in Sturridge and Borini and not buying a fresh new player in January is the answer, then it really isn't. This game proved we need a new striker desperately!
-
Yeah he did, and Carlo could have prevented that if he would have put Cole on for him, but instead he took off Lampard!
-
Fuck sake!! Another draw Man United now have the chance to reduce the lead to two points tomorrow, and Arsenal with that game in hand! We're going to get overtaken and more if we don't get out of this rotting form!! also... Carlo should have put Joe Cole on for Malouda, not Lampard. Malouda had a yellow card, and Cole plays in his position, so it would have been a like for like swap, and Lampard wasn't exactly happy when he came off. Sub-Par result, rotting form continues, what a poor Christmas period we've had!! NOT happy

We should be 1-0 down at half time. Benitez's goal wasn't offside because Drogba was on the floor playing him on. Other than that, we have the most possession, but Birmingham have had much better chances. Also, I've been pretty impressed with Daniel Sturridge in this game! Come on Chelsea!! Let's win this now :blue scalf:

Good player, but I don't like how old he is!

Sergio Aguero joins the other Manchester club

And another thing, while he's on loan, we still have to pay a majority of his wages since he would be "our" player. Being a player like Aguero, you can imagine the wage demands in his contract. IMO, I think it's just throwing money out of the club. Think about it, paying wages to a top class player when he isn't even registered to play for us. I'd say just sign him up, and that would be the end of it. -
welcome back mate!

tbh I don't see a reason why we should loan Aguero back to the club?? If Aguero loves being a blue so much, as some reports say, what's the point in having to wait until next August to play for us?? I don't get it -
Four words... PISS THE FUCK OFF!! Raul Albiol?? Sergio Ramos able to play centreback?? yeah you guys really do need another defender don't you?? tossers! go look somewhere else
-
who are Arsenal supposed to be playing in their game in hand?? Does anyone really know?
-
very very poor performance! Since the 3-0 win against Arsenal, we've been in a constant rot of results. And this adds to it. THREE TIMES Lampard had to take the fucking penalty, shows you how much of a cunt Mike Dein really is! 2 points dropped. I'm not happy, and I'm worried about Arsenal now
-
fucking disgraceful!! Throwing away yet another chance to capitalise on United losing, average performance, and we've paid dividends. We've been down this road so many times before and nothing has chanced disgraceful first half .. utter joke

Deco for me!

That's all very well saying that Zan, about Deco doing a good job as a playmaker and such like (not that I agree mind) but look how old they are. Deco will be 33 next year, Ballack is already 33, Anelka is 30 at the moment I think, even Lampard is getting to his old playing days now in the 30s and next year, Terry will follow suit. We have an ageing squad with absolutely no upcoming stars. And when we do get upcoming stars, ones with real promise to them, they just leave us. I really thought Lassana Diarra would flourish at Chelsea, but then he got bitchy and fucked off to Arsenal. Aguero will fit into Chelsea like Rooney did at United, like Torres did at Liverpool, like Henry did when he was at Arsenal. He wants to come, the fans want him to come? What's Carlo's problem. If we don't buy anyone in January, and our transfer ban comes active, what the fuck are we going to do?? We'll have no chance of replacing the ageing players we have here. -

Okay, so Carlo reckons that without Drogba, we can still win games with personnel we already have?? He must be on medication! We only just beat Porstmouth at home, we didn't take them to the cleaners like we normally do at home against bottom clubs. Everyone in the sky sports studio said that Chelsea missed Drogba that day. So who's going to fill the boots when he's at the ACON? Sturridge?? Borini?? Kakuta?? Ok they're upcoming players, but they're not playmakers, they have no chance of emulating what Drogba has done over the years for Chelsea. It takes time to be at that stage. Truth of the matter is, we need a playmaker, a prolific gifted striker. It doesn't take a genious to work that out. Carlo is just being an idiot! -
He's as good as when Wright-Phillips played for us. Same position esentially. We do need a quality right sided player in our ranks because we don't reall have any!

Chelsea are chasing £25million-rated German Bastian Schweinsteiger. SunSport can reveal the Blues have given up on signing Franck Ribery so have switched their focus to his Bayern Munich team-mate. France winger Ribery has told Chelsea he will sign for Real Madrid in the summer. Blues manager Carlo Ancelotti has also been watching midfielder Schweinsteiger and sees the versatile left-footer with an eye for goal as a valuable addition to his squad. Schweinsteiger, who can play on either side of midfield, is also a dead-ball expert. He has played 200 times for the German club and won four Bundesliga titles. He has also hit 19 goals in 72 appearances for his country. Ancelotti sees the 25-year-old as a long-term replacement for Michael Ballack, 33, whose contract expires at the end of next season. If Chelsea are successful then their spending in the January window could top £50m as they are also close to signing Sergio Aguero. The £32m striker has insisted he will fit straight into Chelsea's style. Stamford Bridge owner Roman Abramovich has authorised the huge January spending spree as the club expects it will be banned by FIFA from signing players in the following two transfer windows following the Gael Kakuta affair. FIFA ruled that Chelsea had induced the player to break his contract with old club Lens in 2007. The French youngster, 18, was initially banned for four months but that, and the transfer ban, has now been suspended. ----------------------------------- Source:- The Sun -----------------------------------

On the back of an edgy 2-1 win at home to bottom-of-the-league Portsmouth, we could struggle in the early stages. Cech needs to regain his form, and I reckon this is a good time to do it. I don't think we'll get a clean sheet against the Hammers though. Prediction: West Ham 1-3 Chelsea
-
THANK FUCK, still three points clear of United... how close was that then?? Didn't even expect it to be close
-
Borini with a fantastic chance to settle it!!
-
SUPER FRANK!! 2-1 From the spot DON'T FUCK THIS UP !!!! :censored:
-
it's Man United's title yet again if we can't even beat Portsmouth at home! Fuck sake it's their first goal away from home since MARCH!
-
Portsmouth should have been 2-1 up?? you're having a skratta
