I honestly don't think we will win the league this season, but if we carry on with this revival, we can leapfrog City and finish third!

This will be really beneficial if we win this game!! Optimistic, but a win and a game in hand over them would really work well in our favour!

You can't really say it's "missing" creativity completely however. Take Ramires for example. He has really gone up a gear as this season has gone on, and he is finally beginning to find spaces, and run into those spaces. It's everyone else that hasn't pulled their weight, and that's partly because either they are being used in the wrong way, or their ages are beginning to creep up on them. The likes of Lampard, Essien and Malouda haven't delivered where it has mattered most. They haven't created enough, and they haven't played with enough passion, as they have done in previous seasons. Had they have done so, we would almost certainly NOT be sitting 4th at the moment. Which brings me onto another matter. Everyone argued that a 4-4-2 diamond never used to work in games where we have used it (it was used a lot in pre-season and if you look back at those results, they speak for themselves), suddenly, our trustworthy 4-3-3 has started to fail, and yet a 4-4-2 is beginning to function it seems....

The only real driving I've had was when I drove my dad's old toyota starlet around an empty car park. I was getting a feel of steering at that point. I have plans to get lessons once I graduate from uni this year

That's because he isn't. Lampard is an enforcer in the middle of our team. Yes he scores goals, yes he can play in a really good ball, but I don't think he's a playmaker by any means. Josh McEachran on the other hand, is (or will be).

I got this score right in my prediction We were lucky at the end of the game in all fairness. With Puncheon scoring on 86 minutes, you had every right as a Chelsea fan to feel nervous! Glad we got another 3 points, and 3 vital ones too!! Let's hope it's the end of our crisis now! :blue scalf:

Torres wasn't getting in the right areas! He was always getting muscled off the ball by the defender I thought. Bosingwa's very lightweight at defending, in all fairness, I couldn't care less if we were 3-0 up with 10 minutes to go, Bos should have come off and Brano should have come on. We would have looked a lot more solid with him there. When Blackpool scored, with the time that was left, and the number of chances they had they could have easily made it 2-3.

Yeah exactly! If we beat Man City, that's a massive boost for us, especially if we have a game in hand over them as well! Oh, and my dad watching the game believes the whole "Drogba coming off" scene was all playacting by us just so Blackpool could be knocked off their momentum while it was 1-0 to us.
