  1. Story of the season so far, just can't seem to hold on to a lead, it needs to be dealt with Can't vote for Motm either, no one deserves it
  2. No way, showed no urgency in the second half like everyone bar Costa. That why he is rated so high, he will always be fired up, no matter what and give his all every minute he is on the pitch which can't be said of Hazard
  3. Because he wants Chelsea to be awesome and blowing teams away and we aren't so i can't blame him, but he is laying it on thick though On another note, this is one of the weirdest champions league matches i have ever seen
  4. Our standard plan of going forward is pass it around without any urgency, get it out toward the right toward Ivanovic and cross it in the box. It's just shocking, why does Mou not train on this?
  5. Our players really got to develop that killer instinct. Its been the same shit the entire season now, whenever we have the advantage, they go into 'practice mode'
  6. To be fair, if i had to choose one way to knock out it PSG, it would have to be like this: Dodgy red card, being the worst team, their top strikers missing opportunities and scoring from a set piece by one of our defenders. Their fans will be fuming lol
  7. Diego easily Motm for me so far, he seems to be the only one of our players who is aware of what is going on
  8. Seriously, what is going on, this is Man City away all over again
  9. OMG, what was that, 1 attacker and 4 defenders and he gets a clear chance, jeez
  10. And immediatly we look more insecure with Ramires in the pivot and Cesc in th 10
  11. hmmm, maybe focussing too much on that very good break when we were 4 on 3 and he fcked up. I still feel that he was the worst of our attacking players going forward trying to create something though, tied with Ramires
  12. This campaign on sky against Chelsea is really starting to annoy me. The prematch analysis was all about how good PSG was and how difficult it would be for Chelsea. Now all the focus is how dirty Chelsea are and how unfortunate PSG are. Can't wait for Mou to retire and tear shit up as a pundit
  13. fuck off Carragher, calling chelsea disgracefull. What do you want your teammates to do, not react at all when they think they see a two footed challenge
  14. Cesc isn't awful, he is an outlet when in possession as always. Oscar proving his point in not starting big games though. Too many misplaced passes in the final third imo
  15. And that's how you sell a red card, lol. I guess the PSG fans will have something to complain about again
  16. PSG are gonna play full on counterattack on us, they did it last year, heck they even did it in their home game. So i just hope we are happy playing the ball between our defenders and midfield and keep possession as much as possible, trying to draw them out and don't commit to many players forward. I'm expecting this will be the case and we will see a match without much urgency from both sides in the first hour
  17. There isn't anything wrong with a different opinion, like saying: 'i think Aguero is better than Costa' But what irks me ( and i think alot of other people on this forum ) are those factlike statements as in: 'Costa has abysmal technique'. Those do not belong on a forum and understandibly winds people up (but thats maybe the point)
  18. Don't think his hold up play is bad, once he gets the ball to his feet he actually does pretty well, he just has a tendency to go on a pointless dribble. I rather see him release the ball a little quicker but i could say the same about Matic/Willian/Hazard at times. The only thing that definetly isn't good about his game is his aerial duels, he never seems to win any of them which is a problem if we are being pushed back because we don't have enough players who can pass themselves out of the pressure. But nonetheless he still brings alot to the table when he doesn't score. He's always willing to hunt down the ball, sprinting back to aid the defence, making good runs etc. I really appreciate the little things as well. Like on that break against West Ham were Ramires eventually hits the post. Hazard makes an amazing dribble, and Costa makes a smart move towards the ball for a quick 1-2 with Hazard to keep the move going. I mean just imagine that was Torres, we wouldn't have made it over the half-way line.
  19. Ramires is a must in this game i feel but i don't really like him in the pivot so i would use him on the right wing and keep Cesc in the pivot since he performs better there as well. Would then move Willian to the center It would resemble the formation we used in most of the biggest matches from last season and we perfomed great in them.
  20. You may like it or you may not but if its all a team needs why spend any money on a coach and not just hire a passionate fan who will do it gladly for free. He's just way over the top for me, and if i was a player the positive effect of it would very quickly turn into irritation since like you said he brings very little else. It's all flash and no substance imo
  21. With Tim Sherwood as a coach i feel like they could have just picked any fan from the stands and make him a coach, all he does is get riled up
  22. It's funny when people here ask a genuine question like 'why are people judging Oscar to be poor', backing it up with arguments why this does not particularly seems to be the case. Only to be responded to with phrases like 'he's poor, it's a fact,' without any arguments whatsover and getting likes for it. I'm not the biggest Oscar fan (his overall game on this level is just not up to par imo) but i understand his role in the team but I am genuinly confused about what exactly is so different from his performance the first half of the season and the second. First half against West Ham for example was as good as i've seen him play during his 'better' first half of the season.
  23. Also why we will miss Schurrlle since he would do the same attacking wise. Havent seen enough of cuadrado just yet but from the things i did see i was not overly impressed yet.
  24. The first time in a long time that he was really fired up again. You can see it right away in his body language. Always showing for the ball, alot of movement of the ball, always willing to take people on. I haven't seen that since the first half of the season. Don't get me wrong, during the winter period he has still been good, chipping in with assists and goals and all but he seemed fatigued and sluggish off the ball for alot of the time during that period. I was expecting a strong finish to the season from him and i hope this has kicked it off for him
  25. The fact he just gave one of the best right wing performances of the season says alot to be honest. Hope cuadrado wll be able to deliver something similar. Today he made our counterattack look so much more dangerous simply because he ran into the space which is something we lack from alot of our forward players bar Costa. Therefore when we plan to play on the counter we can't play Willian at RW imo, we need runners and Willan waits for the ball too much just like Hazard which often just kills the momentum (+the fact Ramires is actually quit good at finishing off chances)
