  1. This. It would give us a very different outlet and could actually pan out well on the pitch. Would be great to see it happen.
  2. Don't people take him as a backup to Ramires? If Rami plays every game, then he'll burn out. If Guarin can play his role, then I'll take him.
  3. Ah something we all can connect with then.
  4. i replied the same to Mufassir as well, thats what I want to happen but will the club to do that? Do they have plans to? If they don't then get him to keep ourselves safe until summer.
  5. fashionable would be questionable. highly pixelated on the screen more like. right that year. not a single doubt.
  6. That is what I really want to happen. Them or maybe even RLC. But I don't think the club will do it, cause we clearly never had the balls to. Maybe in the next few games but one can only hope for it.
  7. Oh the kid jibes. Supported this club 6 years before Roman came cause of my grandad, and I talked about silver spoons being in my own mouth too unless you failed to see that. Supporters are free to criticise but not in the fucking way its being done. You and I have very different definitions about how football is supposed to be then.
  8. oh it's cool. There are many more like you on here who forget. At least you finally remembered.
  9. Didn't someone bring up a stop gap point here before? Get him as cover for now until the season is over. I really don't see much point in over-paying for any world-class midfielder in January. Get Guarin , rotate him with the squad and get through until the end of it unless you want to go for a risky option and get a world-class CM.
  10. Oh you can insult them. That's what they deserve. Success has unfortunately spoilt us, no shame to admit they've spoilt me too. Expected way too much in his first season. I'll happily taken a barren season as long as there is progress, hough it seems to have gone the other way around as you mentioned. Hopefully things change soon.
  11. What ? I'm agreeing with you. The Special One has lost his mojo in his first season at a new club trying to set in a new philosophy while being 6 months into a new job. Holy shit, bring back Di Matteo.
  12. Exactly. We need squad players who aren't exactly world class to be a good team as well.
  13. 100 – No player has attempted (100) or completed (57) more dribbles in the Premier League this season than Eden
  14. yes he isn't. we need a better manager to save us from this crisis.
  15. Wilshere is out for the game. Banned.
  16. True. This slow passing stuff is an obsession which Barcelona created, though in the final third they combine much better and always create that penetrating ball to score a goal. Their games aren't all that entertaining either. I would love to see more of the way we played against Schalke, problem being not many teams will open up like Schalke did. It will fare us well against teams that aren't scared of attacking against us, cause then we can exploit the holes they create. However when it comes to smaller teams who are far better organized, we'll have problems.
  17. I didn't say chance after chance. There were two if IIRC, Eto'o's miss and Ba fluffing a shot.
  18. And I disagree an Eto'o and Ba miss and we could have won. We played decent for about 80 minutes, and that doesn't mean we where the best team you could see in England, but it was a decent enough performance to go through and think about Arsenal. Conversion let us down, the failure to kill the game when we could have.
  19. My exact words were, we did create chances, which we did and did not take.
  20. From the start of the second half, we looked a bit different, going on to score a goal. Then we had chances, didn't take them, and the players just didn't look like they gave a fuck. Not saying the performance has been brilliant, but it was tactically set up to be more than enough to get past Sunderland until we face Arsenal. Only thing I'd blame Mourinho would be about the angles and man-marking he seems to employ during set-pieces when zonal would have been so much better.
  21. "We scored against Sunderland and afterwards we had two or three more chances. If we had scored then goodbye, but we kept the opponents alive." We did create chances, didn't finish them...
  22. Blame Luiz or blame Mourinho. Clearly the manager was the one playing on the field and clearly Luiz should have closed his legs.
  23. Fucking blame the manager when the players don't show up. We'll never get anywhere with a fucked up attitude like that.
