      In order for us to get Morgan Rogers a bunch of things have to go our way. We have to get UCL football whilst Villa don’t, we have to hope no other big PL clubs are after him, and we almost certainly have to be willing to spend £100m on a player again plus big wages. Personally can’t see all of that aligning. If one of the Manchester clubs go in for him I don’t think we’d have a chance because of the wages they’d offer. But tbh, as much as I like Rogers and think he’s going to continue

      He can, yes. I read that Denner is moving to Strasbourg in the summer because Chilwell wants to return to England and most likely will. Denner would play as the regular left-back at Strasbourg.

      Can Denner play further forward? With Cucurella and Hato established for LB it doesn't seem likely that there will be enough opportunities in that position to make it sensible to keep him at Cobham. Unless it's thought he could get minutes elsewhere on the pitch. All in all, he is surely set for a loan to Strasbourg or elsewhere isn't he?
