🔵Understand the breaches Academy Development Rules breaches were potential infractions around early contact, and nothing financial. They took place under former senior academy leadership, who are no longer employed by the club. Chelsea also clarify on Academy transfer ban that "the nine-month restriction on registering Academy players applies immediately, but only to Academy players who have previously been registered with another League or EFL club in the preceding 18 months. It does not apply to current Chelsea players, international players or players who are applying for their first registration at Under 9." 🛑Now you know why Neil Bath and Fraser had to leave!

💥The Independent Panel concluded a fine was warranted of at least £20m, but it was then reduced by 50% due to mitigating factors, including "exceptional cooperation" by Clearlake-Boehly. It is still the largest ever fine imposed by the Premier League. Piet de Visser and Frank Arnesen are all cited. Five other deals formed part of the investigation but are redacted in the published report.

Suspended one year means it won't happen unless we break rules again? Doesn't matter I guess with these dumb sporting directors either way.
-
They sure did work nice and quickly to punish us. Meanwhile over at Man City with their 115 charges from like 3 years ago…
-
We have been handed a suspended one year transfer ban from signing first team players and a 10M fine from the PL
-
I think psg will win without tired too much 0-2 or something like that
-
If the away goal rule was in place id be opmistic..instead nahhh. Hopefully its not a tragic scoreline! Its so annoying though we didnt play that bad! Just stupid stupid mistakes cost us! Why do the same thing over and over?! Feel sorry for those who have tickets. Maybe be another miracle eve but not sure this lot are capable.

Like going to the dentist, just fucking get the pain out the way and get it over and done with.

But its silly! Do 2 years! Then build on from there. Do they just like the number 6 is it lucky to them? Cause all its going to do is surely end up costing more when he gets fired after the first year or so. Theres no realistic time frame happening here. Then again who knows what their goal or wants are
-
Just a standard 6 year contract

Of all of our star players, Enzo is definitely the one I could see pushing to leave this summer despite being someone who appears to genuinely care about the club. Problem for him will be that we surely can’t take a loss on the 106m we paid for him and other than PSG I can’t see anyone else affording that. Could they decide to go for him to replace the aging Fabian? I could maybe see it. I don’t think there’s any chance Palmer or Cucu go. Cucu seems genuinely settled and loyal. Palmer would have to aggressively push for an exit AND United or City would have to put £150m on the table for us to consider I would hope. Which for clubs that will need lots of other signings could be far too much. Tbh, the only one of our BIG players I’d be genuinely devastated about losing is Caicedo. As great as Enzo has been much of this season I think the team as a whole could actually benefit long term by having a more athletic midfielder in his place. Palmer going to a direct rival and immediately reverting to his top level would be incredibly fucked up. For that reason I just cannot imagine the club sanctioning his exit. It would be a KDB or Salah level fuck up that would haunt us right in front of our eyes for a decade.
-
So why give him a 6 year contract?!
-
As I said why bother with the next manager. I told you guys that when you went from Pochetino to Maresca and then sack Maresca it shows they know nothing. How you get rid of Poch to get Maresca for 5 years and then say no he is not the guy and get Liam for 6 years and now he is not the guy. No point in paying much attention to what these clowns do, weather it be coaches or players. They are as bad as Spurs management.

This past year made it clear everything that's wrong with the management and that the club has no future under it.

Needs to be sent back to RB, this whole midfield thing isn't working
