When the reports say he is buying out his own contract it means Chelsea is paying him the money to buy it out. It does not mean he is goig to pay 13m from his own pocket.

Anyways it is too early to predict that he will be in this for 12 yrs. He said he wants to be at Porto for many seasons. These r just statements nothing concrete.
