Arsenal's set up is quite different from other clubs isn't it? They don't have a single owner right now since no-one owns majority shares.. Will be interesting to see what this guy does, he already owns a series of sports franchises in the States..

Cheers. I don't understand the reference but thanks for the reply :D

If he does spend big and Arsenal win the league,

I stopped reading at that point because I don't like to read about impossible situations ;)

They used to do like a slapstick routine and fool about if I remember, were around in the 80s when I was a child. According to Wikipedia they are passionate Everton Fans  The one with the thumbs up is Jeanette Tough who's character was schoolboy wee Jimmy Krankie and is married to the other half of the Krankies, Ian Tough who played Jimmy's father.

What's a Krankie?

I think he means the rich Stan Kroenke, he's a billionaire i think. I think Krankie's just another word for Kroeke's, it's been all over sky news that he's buying Arsenal.

Cheers. Where's that other fellow - Usmanov,I think? Wasn't it in the news a few weeks back that he wanted to buy the majority shares?
