No, form only goes screwiff when the change report happens, the players that have grown in skill suffers the most, that's why pre season freindly's often come up with crazy results (i have had two 5-4's and three 5-3's in pre season games, i had a 7-4 with my old public team once ), it's why ive requested to LDN Blue to start the season in 2 weeks,so we all have 4 freindly's to get our respective team's back to form.

Unfortunately, 70-80% of all players on the transfer market have poor compatibility. It's not that bigger deal though, they will soon become fair - good and eventually reach excellent. As long as you give them game time and have enough excellent players to counterbalance them.
