It's like what Clevemayer said, even players with the 'allround' special quality only play 85% of their skill level, when playing in another position. So if a keeper is suffering from poor form (less than 10) or gets injured, you'll be fucked.

Although, you're actually right about the 250 000 automatic payment, My bad... It's a 'bonus' paid every 2/3 weeks or something.
