Hey guys, hope someone can help me out here. I have been offered a flat in NW8 close to St John Woods Tube. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me about the area. apparently it is only one tube stop to central london and about half hour to get to the bridge. Does anyone know about the area?

I have been offered a flat there for the period of time i need and it looks really good. But just need some advice on the area.

Cheers guys!

I've only really been there once so seen very little of it but it seems like a very nice area. Right by Regents Park and for sightseeing there is Abbey Road studios and the cricket ground - Lords I think? Also Camden Town and the Baker St area are probably within walking distance and it only takes about 15 mins on the tube to Oxford Circus.

Thanks for that guys!

Does anyone know much about the Oyster cards?

I need one for 3 months, and will be using transport pretty much everyday. So am i better off getting a pay as you go card or getting a Travelcard? Hope someone can answer that for me because its confusing me
