I've got to get to University in a few hours but my legs are cramped and sore to fuck. Too much dancing Saturday night/Sunday morning.

What can I do to minimise the cramping? Deep heat?

Eat a banana or kiwi for potassium it is what we used to give Nathan after his cross country meets.
