LAM09 7,056
The only reason he probably isn't in the squad is because he can't get a work permit.Otherwise he'd probably be here as backup.Good he can't, as we want him to improved as much as possible. Muzchap 8,966
For me, this lad should be our new and improved Ramires.I love watching him play, lots of energy, good feet and a lethal strike. Wish he would get a work permit

Pacquiao 1,834
Memphis Depay - 2013/14 at age 19/20 For PSV - 12 Goals and 7 Assists in 32 startsBertrand Traore - 2014/15 at age 18/19 For Vitesse - 13 Goals and 4 Assists in 27 startsIf Traore stays in Holland next season i think he could replicate what Depay has done this season. OneMoSalah 8,886
Yeah I'd agree with that, another year in Holland would do him very well. If he develops at a similar rate to Depay then who knows another 2 years and he could very much be a regular here?

If he was playing for PSV or Ajax, it would be different story.

LAM09 7,056
How?He would be challenging himself amongst better players, playing in Europe and playing under a pressure to win. Many variables to consider in the development of players. I would like to see him possibly move to France, and even join his brother at Monaco. It would be a big step up, but I don't see it happening.

LAM09 7,056
Why can Depay do it?He plays for PSV and ticks most of the points I mentioned. In addition, he's joining an average Utd side.

If he was playing for PSV or Ajax, it would be different story. How not? If he stays in Holland at a team like a PSV, Ajax or Twente and has a very very productive year like Depay he could be good enough? Suarez came straight from Ajax was a regular at Liverpool. Depay will be the same at United. Always a chance he could do. Holland isn't the same intensity but the technical side of football is at a high level in Holland. The Skipper 20,609
LAM09's point is that it's different doing it with Vitesse than with an Ajax or PSV. I agree.

Blue Colored Sky 1,807
I read that Chelsea talked with Lyon about him and Boga.Lyon would be great move. I really wouldn't like him to stay at Vitesse. He should get more technical players around him.But first they will try to secure work permit. I think if they do, he stays with Chelsea. If they don't, he goes to Lyon, plays European football which is reasoning for foreign players to give them work permit as it is often testimony for 'high quality' player for the panel that gives work permits.
