kwylino 329
Im sure during the season viera will grow tired of lack of action and will push to have his contract cancelledIm sure de jong will also not see the light of day and get sold around this year as well

Drogba11CFC 108
I read in The Mail on Sunday that Bellamy, Ireland and de Jong - that's three quarters of Team Bridge - could be on their way out.

Rambo 1,729
Wtf is Man City thinking throwing him bags of money like that. I hope their whole team demands higher wages now. Wouldn't be surprised if Adebayor gets 400,00 a week after this. Edited July 5, 2010 by Tech9C

Barca is a great club with the best players in the world and I have played less in this third season, which for me has been difficult.”Nevertheless, Toure hopes to return to the Nou Camp one day.“I don’t feel that I’m away from Barca and I’m sure I’ll go back one day,” he said. One season wonder? Madmax 9,219
One season wonder?Big money import from the Spanish league arrives, excited to be a part of the 'new project', collects astronomical wages week in, week out, shit performances away, gets fed up of having to actually train every day, throws a million spoiled baby tantrums, leaves eventually. Yep, another Robinho for me. Gotta hand it to City though - they do come up with the best entertainment for the other clubs. Never a dull moment there. kwylino 329
Chelseas the only club i have seen thats gained success with being injected with millions thats because chelsea bought the right guys without giving them astronomical wagesI imagine if the owners have young children they would get 10 grand a week and they go out shopping for small buisnesses
Drogba11CFC 108
"Hello, Mr Mancini? There's this player you should buy who can stop Drogba, Rooney and Torres in their tracks, he's the best defender in the world...his name's Titus Bramble. You'll have to spend big on him though, as he's very expensive."
BlueLion. 21,491
Chelseas the only club i have seen thats gained success with being injected with millions thats because chelsea bought the right guys without giving them astronomical wagesI imagine if the owners have young children they would get 10 grand a week and they go out shopping for small buisnessesNot necessarily, we did buy some shocking players in all fairness! I think the reason why we've been successful is through sustainability and quality management by Mourinho, Hiddink and Ancelotti. When we brought players such as Essien, Drogba, Malouda, Kalou, Mikel, Cech and Robben, they were all either in their mid-twenties or younger, and thus we've been able to keep the squad sustainable since 2003 - although new blood is certainly needed sooner rather than later. I also think we've had a consistent spine to the team since 2004 - Cech, Terry, Lampard, Makelele (now Essien) and Drogba all start 9 times out of 10. City's spending has been ridiculous because they've just gone and splashed their cash at moreorless anyone. David Silva you could argue is still their only real marquee signing so far!
