sLOVEnian Blue 74
Thats a verry good line up ... but I would also buy Romelu Lukaku to partner Sturridge up front. Is Bertrand gonna be used next year at all ?? I know he is playing quite good at Reading but we have A.Cole and zhirkov so I am worried If he is going to get any playing time ...
.Cee 50
Bosingwa....Mancienne....Bruma....Van AanholtStoch....Matic....Mikel...KakutaBorini....SturridgeI'd play them in the early rounds of FA, too, up until perhaps the quarter final/semi final. Depending on what club we get.

Blueboy 14
I still think we should play a keeper Good point xD. I'm already getting excited of the idea to see these names on the team sheet for our Carling Cup games next year!
BlueLion. 21,491
Some people are going sickeningly over the top. We need some experience as well. I'd say to play a diamond midfield (4-1-2-1-2)TurnbullBosingwaBrumaTerryVan AanholtEssienMaticLampardStochDrogbaSturridge/Borini

.Cee 50
I still think we should play a keeper Turnbull as keeper. Some people are going sickeningly over the top. We need some experience as well. Or the key players come off and replaced right at the beginning of the 2nd half.
BlueLion. 21,491
My point is, Derby, Sheffield United or some other average Championship team can come to the Bridge, see a Chelsea teamsheet without Drogba, Lampard and company, and realise they have a very, very good chance of winning. NattyBlue 44
Wishful thinking, we are Chelsea after all but this season did change that thanks to Carlo...if he's with us next season (as he should be)the team could be (I've taken into account that I think Mancienne and Sinclair will be sold, Sinclair deffo maybe not Michael)Bos - Hutch - JT - Van AanholtMikel Matic - StochLe KakSturridge / Borini - Drogbacan't think of subs at the minute but that team would be nice but I think Stoch will be a revelation next season and be a mini robben for us

NattyBlue 44
Sinclairs had a very odd season and I don't know what's going to happen to him with us in all fairness.Keeper - Turnbull init or Hilario
Term-X 7,891
Ancelotti is favoring Van Aanholt above bruma atm, so he would probably be included in such a team.
Rubber bullets 1,183
Ancelotti is favoring Van Aanholt above bruma atm, so he would probably be included in such a team.I think its because we have a full back problem and VA is a natural full back, so its difficult for Bruma to be included in a solid centre back pairing. EskWeston 696
I don't think we will be seeing teams like that put out next season in the Carling Cup. We know that at Chelsea we like to field a strong team, so unless some of these youngsters have done enough to be semi-regular for the first team anyway i think we will see only 1 or 2 of them getting games against lower league opposition. Cameron 30
Sorry what the fuck is this thread? A 'list our best reserves' thread? We don't know what players we'll have available, we don't know the fixtures etc etc.
