If you can change anyone you want in Chelsea any player any manager or even if you would like to change ancelloti and if you can buy and sell players what would you do who would you change and who will replace him ......

For me i would like to get a skillful player to help we all know how someone like kaka messi ronaldino can affect the team and make a difference ... i think aguero or ribery will be ideal .... i dont like kalou or joe cole at all.... i think malouda should be no more than a substitute ... also i dont like anelka when he is on the wings he is way more better as a CF or SS ...... more importantly i would give a lot more opportunities to kakuta matic borini sturridge and any youngster with potential .... and god damn it we need to work on set pieces we need to concede less from them and score more we used to score a lot more from set pieces

Players to sell/allow to leave:

Joe Cole - past his best and injury prone. I love Joe Cole but he will simply never recapture his form. He shouldn't be going to the World Cup based on the way he's playing, let alone get a new Chelsea deal.

Deco - I've been patient with Deco but he's another player who'd be better off at a club like Everton where he can shine. Still got the goods but with our central midfield, as soon as Essien is back he's stuck on the bench again.

Ricardo Carvalho - again, he's seen better days. Had some excellent games this season, but some shockers as well. Very cynical defender.

Players to bring in:

Winger - Ribery, Schweinsteiger, Ashley Young, di Maria et al have all been linked. Personally I think di Maria would be a superb choice - he's young and has bags of talent and potential.

Central Midfielder - James Milner or Jeremy Toulalan of Lyon would be my two ideal choices. Milner's a superb (English) utility player, and Toulalan is probably the best holding player in European football on his day. Both would be pricey - but they are only 24 and 26 respectively.

Goalkeeper - not necessarily someone to come in and be first choice, but someone who push Cech, who seems to be on a run of 'one-good-game-followed-by-one-bad-game' at the minute. Even someone like Chris Kirkland; just someone to push him for the number one role like Cudicini did.

well i am not saying malouda should quit football and find something else for a living ..... but if u think about it a player in his place having those kind of players around him must shine and do better ............when you have lampard ashley cole and drogba on your side assisting you.. that helps you have more creativity ..... thats what we are missing we dont have someone who can go past players with his skill and pace and just click with other players..... that was robben duff and on form joe cole back in our winning days ...... just imagine someone really good in his place like ronaldinho or c.ronaldo or messi he will do wonders that goes the same with our right winger .... also there is one thing i like about malouda is that he can help defending but sometimes you can defend by just scaring your opponents with your ability on counter attacks and keeping thier defence always busy ..... my point is yes malouda doesnt suck but all i am saying he doesnt have what it takes to do what we should wait from our playmakers ....

Agree with you there; Malouda's sensational on his day and I'm one of his biggest admirers. I watched him when he was at Lyon when he was incredibly consistent (especially between 2005 and 2007) and when people slated him off when he first arrived at Chelsea I just smiled  He's come good over the last 12 months and is playing as well as I've ever seen him.

Get rid of Ballack - He is only getting games because of this stupid brand image, his huge ego and big wages, also at 33 he should go back to Germany because after the world cup he is retiring from international football; therefore he does not need to play in highly competative games and it cuts down our wage bill.

Get rid of Deco as well, apart from showing some consistancy in CM we don't need him and his huge wages.

Go back to Umbro making our kits: They use to make such simple but elegant designed kits, and did not change them every season; therefore not squeezing every last penny out of the fans.

Adidas however, decide that they must change the design every season and get the design ideas while looking through the 'lost and found' basket of a sports gym.

Get Rid of the Following:

Ballack: Past his best, we need fresh legs in the middle.

Ferreira: Not sure why he still is in the club. Past his best even our reserve players could do better than him and they deserve some chance.

Deco: Injured more than half of the time he has been at the Bridge. Past his best, Bring on Kakuta.

Carvalho: Past his best, makes silly mistakes. Plus we have good defenders waiting in the wings.

Belleti: He will go to Flamengo next season. Decent player but needs to move on so that players like Jack Cork and Mancienne can show their talent with the first team squad.

Kalou: Good Impact Player but wasteful. Needs to move on to a club like Spurs.

Get these Players:

Involve Kakuta more into the first team. Him and Joe Cole could be competing for the same spot behind the striker.

Get Marek Hamsik as a replacement for Ballack. We need young and fast legs in the middle.

Promote Bruma to the First team. Behind JT, Alex, Ivanovic.

Bring on Hutchinson in the first team. He seems to be a good player hampered with injuries.

Jack Cork and Mancienne must be invloved in First team as a replacement for Ferriera and Belleti. These could be our two Utility Men.

Bring on Aguero to compete for the two strikers position along with Drogba and Anelka.

We have enough Left Footed/Sided players in Malouda and Zirkov. Hence I wouldnt like Maria or Ribery to come.

This summer I'd like:

Sell/Leave - Ferreira and Deco (although Belleti will probably be off too).

Bring in - Fellaini (would be my top transfer target in forthcoming seasons) and Ribery.

FFS we're top of the league and some of you are talking about wholesale changes.

Sell:

Deco: - Has only played well in a handfull of games for us. I have willed him to play well for us and thought it would have been a great signing when he arrived but it hasn't really worked out.

Ferreira: Never really taken to him, usefull player but will never get in the team ahead of Ivanovic and/or Bosingwa.

Kalou: Don't want to even get started on this boy, Kalouless says it all i think.

Belletti: Usefull squad player but i think it would give room for the younger players to get more of a chance.

Buy:

Don't think we need to bring in anyone really. If anything i would like to see a really good playmaker to play in the hole behind the striker. My suggestion would be Wesley Sneijder or even Arjen Robben.

Also on the Malouda issue. I think he has been brilliant this season, By far his best season at Chelsea. Has been rejuvenated ever since Hiddink took over. Really impressive this year.

agree with you in most cases specially kakuta's one .... but i still like carvalho very much he is a better pairing with JT than alex also i think we should keep ballack at least as a sub if we get hamsik and we should bring ribery or maria if we can i would like to play with a 4 3 3 with aguero drogba and ribery upfront ..but good post xD

A list of who I would like us to let go, bring in and promote..

Out:

Ballack: His contract expels this summer, and he's not anything near the level he should be to defend his wages. If we want to slim the wage-budget, he should be the first name on the list.

Deco: Also a unnecessary addition to our wage-list. Need to get rid of players like him in order to bring in some new players and develop the younger players we have, like Jack Cork and Matic.

Kalou: Any bidders?!

Ferreira: Time to say thank you for his contribution and let him go.

In:

Dzagoev/Pjanic: Both very talented youngsters who's been introduced to the Champions League. Would loved to get one of them, but not both.

Hamsik/Fellaini: We need to replace Ballack, with a hard working youngster. Fellaini is only 22 years old, already established in the league and a class player, imo. Hamsik's the biggest reason to why Napoli is doing great in Serie A. Great player.

Aguero: I think we need a young world-class striker, and Agüero is the best alternative. We've been linked to him a lot. Hopefully there is something in the rumours, and the price-tag isn't too stiff.

Promote: Bruma, Stoch, Kakuta, Cork, Matic , Borini and Kakuta. I think we'll let Mancienne, Sinclair and Di Santo go this summer.

Comment: We didn't sell much last summer, and I think we got a couple of unnecessary players in our squad now. It is also possible to sell Carvalho and Belletti plus the ones already mentioned. Because of the quality of our youngsters and possible new signings. I want to sign only the necessary, which is;

- A central midfielder

- An offensive midfielder

- A striker

I want young and established talents. We need to gradually decrease our average age. It might cost some millions, but we got the money. Right?

I don't understand the Belletti bashers.

Right-back, centre midfield, winger. Experienced, professional. Very efficient. Always a consistent 7/10 performer. Unlikely to generate more than £1-2 million if we did sell him as he's in his twilight years.

Out:

Joe Cole - Like said, form isn't something it once was and is unlikely to ever be it once was.

Ballack - Too old and expensive in wages.

Ferreira - Place in team is questionable now-a-days, rather have a player like Clifford or Hutchinson in his place then someone who is getting older and is being wasted here, rather see him go somewhere and be quality then waste away on the sidelines for a game here then wait for ten more to go until he gets another.

Di Santo - I was a fan of his but his tenure at Blackburn has shown that he isn't the player i had imagined. He has skill and potential but not for a club like the size of Chelsea.

Kalou - Place in team can/could be used by Sturridge/Borini who are more a goal threat then Kalou. Time for him to go and play for someone who needs him, instead of wasting wages.

Deco - Role in team isn't big and could be used up by Matic or Kakuta, people who would be eager to substantial of an consistenty of form.

Belleti - A good player, but age is against him. We need to start using MORE youngsters or BUYING more youngsters, not letting wasteful space rot on the sidelines when a player with a lot of potential could be in that position and compete for a regular spot in the team.

Carvalho - He would either retire or return to Portugal. Has given us the best years of his career, but his talent seems to be degrading compared to the talent of Alex or Bruma or Cork that could be used in this position.

In/Bring Up:

Sinclair - I maybe the only one, but i actually like Sinclair and would like to see him be used in the Carling Cup for us next season. A last chance to show us his true potential and talent.

Stoch - Made a brilliant impact in Holland, love to see him play for us against teams like Stoke, Hull, Wolves and Burnley next season and a good cup run in both the Carling Cup and the FA Cup.

Cork, Bruma, Matic, Kakuta, Borini - All players that could also be used in the Carling Cup and if impress push on to play for first team and/or be used in squad rotation.

Mancienne, Hutchinson - Both been with the club since the age of 9, and would love to see one/both of them fighting for game time. Mancienne taking the DM role? Hutchinson as RB back-up for FA Cup?

Van Aanholt - Love to see him be used as LB back-up, when Zhirkov can be more LM.

Aguero - Too add more depth in the forward choices.

Rodwell - Decent midfeilder could be a sub then as players move on, could take the DM/DC/MC role.

Miller - Utility player and decent.
