Mancini specializes in winning the Italian equivalent to the fa cup and he's never done anything meaningful in the champions league

not only this but wasn't inter given the Italian title one season because of the match fixing thing..

Gana be like us,sacking managers here and there.Like Kez said to much expected in to little time.Yeh he brought lots of players etc but you still need time to gel them together and no way were they gana suddenly boof into top spot.They havent even lost many games 2 I think just lots of draws

Even we gave Ranieri a full season to show what he could do. No silverware at the end of it so he got the boot.

What do they expect a 100% record top of the league no defeats etcc.

He's got them to a semi final and could well of gone on to win something. It's stupid. When you buy lots of superstars doesnt always mean success straight away.

They've lost less games then Scum,Man U,Us and all..just few to many draws.And yeh in the FA Cup,In the Semis..and feel sorry for him really.He must have had a sneaky feeling it was coming just sad yesterday seeing him walk off kinda saying bye and yeh they'd just won,,defended crap but hey..just a case of where he ends up next I guess

Exactly, these rich owners are successful busniessmen who get their own way in the business world and want the same with football. But they clearly don't understand how it all works. I have the feeling they wanted someone like Mancini all along. I read in this football article today some of the soundbytes he is coming out with, like 'were here to make history' etc etc He is saying all the right things, plus he has that Italian contintiental style poor old Sparky never had. It doesn't gurantee success though and sacking Hughes just before the bust Christmas period could prove a disaster.
