The only place to be 11,313
15 mn.And to think, some here wanted Chalobah to be a starter for us next season. Obviously he is talented and he will make it here (imo), but we do no favours to these young players with the hype we generate around them.Give it a rest mate. He's a good player having a tough game against opposition who are set up for more intelligently than Watford are. But yeah, let's judge him on 33 minutes of one game. Fuck me. Much better on the right wing than Marin or Moses.

ja1 1,166
Nice reverse pass for Vydra thereWatford's whole midfield have barely seen the ball. During the last 5 minutes where they have actually tried to use their midfield Chalobah was the one who instigates their first real attack and just did that pas I was talking about. As I'm typing he's just done another one. Before that Watford were trying to force the issue, were smashing it up the field, and Palace are also marking Chalobah well. I don't know who you've assumed me to be but I'm not stupid enough to be saying this after watching half an hour of this game He hasn't been at the level he's showed previously and it's been a while at that. I'm not blaming him; I understand it's part of his development. Peace. and Amblève.

Palace have done that and nullified Watford's midfield. Now Zola will need to make the adjustments to counter this. And in the last 5 minutes Nat has got himself back into the game. Just not quite Chelsea starter quality yet but will undoubtedly be there one day, in 2 years perhaps.

nono 791
This game so far is a great argument that there should be a reduction in the number of teams in the premiership. Both teams here are garbage and they should not deserve in any way to get the 180m or whatever is at stake.
DDA 9,941
He's pretty poor. Like a worse jogging Mikel, if that's possible.NO, just NO!Give it a rest mate. Spot on mate.He isn't having a great first half. Those balloon's have more presence on the pitch than he does at the moment but like you said he is just having a tough time of it. I expect him to have a better second as thing's can only get better for him. The only place to be
DanishBlue 426
How come United always find these good young English players and make them into worldbeaters? Zaha could be in the future aswell..

Fuck me. so a 18 year old guy cant fight in a RELEGATION Final on a hot summer day? whats this for an argument? and in the winter, he wont be able to play, because its too cold?chalobah is having a bad game. thats it. nothing serious, but no need to try and make it better than it is. Peace., Madmax and Amblève.

My point was that there are far older players than Chalobah who have underestimated the toll that pitch can take on their stamina. Palace have done well to keep Watford's midfield quiet but they're still carving out chances (which Nat has been at the centre of most of the time). He's not having his best game but let's not write him off just yet. Criticising his attitude is just a really.....it's not entirely accurate.
