I have heard that it would be extremely difficult to extend the stadium, unless we move, but then we would not be allowed to be called Chelsea Football Club

In all honesty, I think the club should push to knock down the hotel at the back of the Shed End, and extend it to a three-tier stand, that way we could possibly reach closer to 50,000 seats, which I feel would be more than adequate at the moment.

Yeh from when went on the Tour they were saying the reason they cant is tbecause of being only two main exits and in case of fire or whatever be to many people going out the same way..something like that

Yeh, i remember that.

Think its something to do with if theres a fire you have to be able to get your capacity out within a certain time, and for us that wouldnt be possible.

We sell out every game at home, but if we ever expanded to 50,000, we'd struggle to sell out for the games against the less glamorous opposition.

I'd like them to consider something like the this. Although having the screens on top of the stand when increased in size does look a bit daft. If anything they should add the screens like at Ibrox, in the corners.
